If you’re like me and just a casual sim-racer who doesn’t want to break the bank, I would highly recommend this. The overall build quality is 4/5 (the 1 point taken off for the hardware quality.) the actual metal piece and powder coating 5/5. The instructions…..2/5. It took me a minute to figure it out and I’m an engineer, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get it if you aren’t very “handy”. Item was easy to put together an is stable . It also has slots an holes for mounting different wheels however the holes only lined up with 2 on the base of my thrustmaster t248 setup I jus drilled the other 2 mounting holes out an it works perfect now . Stand also has a few adjustments an seems to hold up so far not bad for the money . ... show more

    • Great wheel stand, great price!
I’ve been a huge fan of this stand since I started using it last week with my Logitech G29. It doesn’t move around when you turn abruptly, has plenty of adjustability, and the material is extremely quality. My only minor issues with it were with setup, as the instructions aren’t too detailed in terms of installing the wheel itself onto it, as well as one of the metal support pieces being slightly bent by the entry hole, but it was nothing a pair of pliers and a YouTube search couldn’t remedy. I'd give the quality a B due to a couple holes not lining up correctly on the bottom part of the stand that holds the pedal. It isn't perfectly square so the holes do not line up perfectly. I couldn't get one screw in all the way. I hope it doesn't cause a problem only being a few threads in. The screws provided are very good though. Plans are a small challenge but I really didn't have much issue. I can feel it flex a bit, but then maybe I'm just too strong. :) We'll see how it holds up over time!! ... show more

My son got a steering wheel for Xmas last year, but we didn't get the stand till much later. Honestly, I don't know why, but it was def worth getting. It's sturdy, its easy to store the steering wheel, and it wasn't too expensive. If you get a steering wheel, just get this too and save yourself the headache. You won't be disappointed. ... show more

    • Not the greatest for "universal" fits.
For the price, this should be easier to fold and the for pedal slots are not universal. I had to figure out how to get it from sliding out on the kids when they use it.
