    • Good chair with a few quirks
The massage from this chair gets a mixed review. The upper back, neck, shoulders is very good. Nice and strong. The lower back can barely be felt. The rollers do not go down to the buttocks and thighs as shown in the picture. Nice strong foot massage. It is not a zero gravity chair. It reclines a little, not much. Certainly nowhere near zero gravity. The display buttons are not lighted. You need a flashlight to see them. As far as I can tell, most of the buttons don’t do much of anything. I almost sent the chair back since if you just push the buttons, nothing happens. You must hold down the buttons for a couple seconds to get them to respond. I thought the display was defective.     • Works good, doesn't seem to do a " Body Scan" for height, shipping was longer than expected
upon powering on it goes directly to "full body massage", no "body scan or beep( doesn't seem to have up/down buttons as suggested in manual) so can't seem to adjust for different heights, but appears to operate as intended otherwise , Ignore the shipping information (estimated and delivery "suggestions") . I ordered on the 1st was estimated to be delivered by the 9th but even though it showed "delivery arranged"( no one had contacted me about delivery) and when I contacted them the shipper didn't even have it yet ( Amazon had no clue as to when it would be delivered as they had assured me it would be there by the end of the business day when I reached out to them on the 9th ) I was finally contacted the 13th by the "local "service and they said they would contact me when they were in receipt of it and expected it to be the first part of the following week , I contacted them again on the 20th and it was finally delivered the 23rd ... show more

The media could not be loaded. In the description, it have rollers for your bottom in real life, there’s no rollers chair looks identical to pictures. In the sitting area, there is just a foam cushion. So there is no way it can have rollers. For this price, I can find cheaper similar chair just for the back rollers.
