We've had the freezer a week and so far it's great; frost free, nice shelf space, easy to use controls, two (narrow) door racks, a drawer at the bottom, an open door alarm that sounds if the door is left open over three minutes, and a lighted interior. The reason for the 3 star rating is the vendor. I ordered the freezer November 4th and was told it would arrive November 11th. It didn't come. November 12th, I saw a notice on Amazon that the freezer had been delivered on the 11th. I contacted Amazon - they were great - and told them that hadn't happened. I followed the tracking number given and it said the freezer had been delivered to a person with a name nowhere close to mine in a state half way across the country. The vendor then contacted me and told me the tracking number got mixed up and they would have the carrier deliver my freezer as soon as possible. Then the vendor contacted me and said the freezer would be delivered when I supplied my phone number to facilitate delivery. I supplied my number by return message. Again, the vendor contacted me and requested my phone number and again I supplied it by return message. A THIRD TIME, the vendor requested my phone number and AGAIN I supplied it. FINALLY, the carrier called me to arrange delivery and I received the freezer on November 21st, ten days after it was supposed to have been delivered. The vendor offered me $30 to compensate for the delay in receipt of the freezer. For all the time, aggravation and trouble I went through to get the freezer delivered, I don't think that comes close to compensating me. If I could've fit another freezer into my space, I would've canceled my order and gotten something else, just because of the runaround with the vendor. So, yes, the freezer is great, but I would not recommend the vendor based on my experience. ... show more

    • Good, but annoying

The freezer has been great, however the seal is a little too good. It takes several hard pulls to get the door open. Not a one handed job. I have to keep one hand on the freezer and pull with the other hand or the entire freezer will come towards me instead of just opening the door.

Size: 11 Cu.Ft.
The dimensions shown in the pictures are backwards. Its 23" wide and 29" deep , didn't matter much in my case but it may be detrimental in another persons case . The picture needs to be corrected
