easy install, pulls like a champ. The winch is nice and solid, just make sure you pay attention to the measurements. It fit in my winch plate but didnt have room for the fairlead bolts to clear the winch housing. I had to use an external fairlead mount mounted in front of the winch plate to allow room for the bolts. Other than me not making sure of the size...works 100% as it should.

So far this winch works great! just be sure to unwind it and wind it back up under tension; if not the under windings will become smashed and you will freak out when you see the rope - believe me on this one.

I picked up the VEVOR 13,500 lb winch mainly for one job: dragging non‑running vehicles onto my scissor lift. For garage use, this thing has been awesome. It’s strong, smooth, and doesn’t complain no matter how stubborn the vehicle is. I purchased a heavy mounting plate separately that allowed me to mount the winch to the plate and then mount the plate to my garage concrete floor with 3 inch concrete anchor bolts. Setup was simple, and once it was mounted, it just worked. The line speed is plenty for what I’m doing, and the wireless remote makes it easy to guide a car while winching it up. No overheating, no weird noises, no drama. When I hooked mine up the first time the remote was making it run in reverse. The in button made it spool out and out was in. If you run into this issue also it's easy to fix. Take off the control box from the winch by removing the 4 Allen screws. Under the control box there is 4 corner screws that hold the plastic dome cover on. Remove those and pull the cover off to expose all the wires. The big heavy color wires you should see on the backside of the relay. The fix is a simple wire Switch: Simply move the Blue cable to the post where the Yellow one was, and move the yellow to were the blue was on back of the relay. The Result: When you press "IN" on your remote, the contactor will now send power to the opposite terminal than it did before, reversing the motor direction while allowing your motor terminals to remain Blue-to-Blue and Yellow-to-Yellow on the motor. So in my opinion, If you need a solid winch for shop or garage duty—especially for moving dead vehicles around—this one gets it done without breaking the bank. I haven't tried or used it to pull vehicles out in the field so I can't commit on that side of it. But for what I'm using it for I'm Really happy with it.

100% DOA. The solenoid "clicks" so there is power to the control box. I even bypassed the control box to power the winch motor directly. Nothing. Beyond 30 days so Amazon said SOL. I reached out to Vevor. Resulted in them requesting a video of the winch not working. I'm not kidding. Very disappointed in a $340 paperweight UPDATE: Continued working with Vevor support. Just need to be patient. It was determined to be an issue in the motor housing, that could most likely be repaired with the right skill set. Vevor sent me a replacement winch that works perfect.
