Loved all the color options and it makes the sound of a crackling fore. Fireplace was placed in sun room. It does put out some heat at 99 degrees. The directions were not the best. You will need concrete screws if you plan on attatching to a brick wall. Quite the focal point for the sun room!

    • There is a loud motor turning sound and annoying rattle. It is installed properly too.

The media could not be loaded. LOW QUALITY and NOT WORTH THE MONEY: I installed this the day I received it. There is a sound of a motor turning even when the heat is off. The turning motor has a rattle as well and the flames are not as they are in the photos for the ad. I contacted their customer service and they are too busy to help people who speak English at this time so I am posting my issues with this here. ... show more
