Features

  • 60% Cotton 40% Polyester
  • Cold Cut Saw: Excellent ceramic alloy stainless steel blade joint with dry-cut technology makes your cutting cool to the touch and virtually eliminates sparks, leaving a smooth and flat result. Significantly outperform ordinary saw blades, greatly improving your work efficiency.
  • No Wobble More Accurate: Compared with traditional ones, our abrasive chop saw adopts a thicker vise with wave patterns for increased friction and added clamping tightness. Our saw blade clamping is processed by multiple special processes, which fits better with the saw blades and wobbles less when cutting and can better achieve the cutting effect you want.
  • 0-45 for Angled Cuts: Make angle cuts effortlessly. 45-degree adjustable fence helps you adjust the angle of materials at any time according to your cutting needs. Compared with traditional devices, our Tool-less Cut-Off Saw does not need a wrench to adjust. Instead, gently turn the adjustment device to change the angle easily.
  • Secure Operation: The protective spark guard can completely wrap around the saw blade when lifting to avoid injuries from chipping or splashing debris during cutting, better protecting your security. The soft start device allows the machine to start smoothly without overheating, cutting metal with minimal heat and burrs, avoiding motor burning.
  • Widely Used: This 14-inch dry-cut chop saw is a metal-cutting solution built for various shapes of steel bars, rebar, angle iron, aluminum, etc. Our multipurpose cutting chop saws can be widely used in construction sites, production workshops, decoration industries, etc. Ceramic saw blades are not recommended for cutting stainless steel.

  • So far so good!
Style: 7-1/4" / 1200W
Wow! The little Vevor chop saw (7.25” version) just arrived. Cuts really nicely! Steel barely heats up. Slices through like butter. Cuts pretty square and decent build quality. The Chinese make great tools like this. 👏👍 So far so good.

  • Makes cutting miters in mild steel easy. Great value. Makes cutting miters in mild steel easy. Great value.
Style: 14" / 2800W
I was cutting miters with an angle grinder that ended up less than optimal. This chop saw does a great job at handling that task. The carbide blade that's included has made more than 40 cuts through 1-1/4" angle iron (1/8" thick) and it continues to cut easily and cleanly. The saw cuts cool. The pieces can be picked up with bare hands immediately. It does create sand-sized shards of steel so the shop floor would need to be carefully swept afterward. If a panel is placed behind the saw that helps keep the bits from flying too far. The only downside to this saw is the clamping system. It works fine if it's a 90-degree cut. But any other angle will slip when pressure is applied with the clamp screw -- it pushes the fence out of position. To avoid that, it's best to use a C-clamp or vice grip to secure the work piece to the adjustable fence. I also put a piece of sandpaper between the base of the fence and top of the table to provide a better non-slip surface that helps keep the fence at the desired angle. I don't do this kind of work professionally so won't be subjecting it to a lot of hard use. At $265 this seems to be well built and is definitely worth the price to get a job done right. ... show more

  • Let saw reach full speed before cutting material
Style: 7-1/4" / 1200W
Great saw! Cuts plastic, metal pipe and steel straps with ease. Suggestion, when cutting metal, let saw reach top speed before initiating cut. Only takes 3-4 seconds. Very happy with saw

  • Great Value
Style: 14" / 2800W
Cuts mild steel quickly and cleanly. Very good value. One nitpick: there's no way to cut shallower angles than 45 degrees without removing clamp and fence and using a homemade jig.

  • Works surprisingly well Works surprisingly well
Style: 14" / 2800W
The saw appears to be well-made and durable and the blade has performed very well so far. I have used this saw to cut some 2" square 1/4" thick steel tubing, some 3/4" galvanized pipe and some 2x10 lumber (photos attached). In all cases the saw made easy work of the job and the cut was very clean with minimal burr (I did use a little WD40 when cutting the square tube). To cut the 2x10 lumber I did need to move the stop to the furthest position and take out the clamping screw. I also cut some bricks by switching to a 14" diamond blade. The saw has a soft start feature so it will not trip a 15-amp circuit when starting. Only negative about this saw is that the stop when set at 0 degrees doesn't result in a perfectly square cut, it requires some fine tuning to get it exactly square - I am not exactly sure why this happens, but I think it might be due to some clearance between the stop and the bolt around which the stop pivots. ... show more

  • Poor assembly. Should have never left the factory Poor assembly. Should have never left the factory
Style: 14" / 2800W
I normally do not write poor product reviews but the quality of the saw that I purchased should’ve never left the factory or passed QA or test. You can see where the gearbox is not fully mounted against the motor you can also note chipped paint where somebody tried to part the motor to repair it. I’ve had great luck with other Vevor products. This one is a swing and a miss. ... show more

  • I can finally cut clean
Style: 14" / 2800W
I can finally cut cold and clean, I bought this saw as an upgrade to my old junk and out of the box I was able to cut a 1/2" thick bar which is 4" wide fast clean and cold, so why didn't I give it 5 stars? Two obvious flows I already saw:- 1-The cutting bed could have been little bit bigger specially for adjustment, I thought I was able to cut at least 8" wide material but it comes preset to 5-1/2" cut, the max adjustment that can be made is 6-1/2 inch, which means 6 inch material, on that setting I don't think angle adjustment is possible, the last bolt can barely hold the fence in place due to lack of space. 2-Metal shaving simply is NOT manageable, it takes less time to cut and takes more time to clean the shavings, to eliminate this problem Vevor can simply add a vacuum attachment or magnetic catcher like Evolution, in my case since this is for home projects I will have to add a vacuum adapter & rewire the trigger switch, otherwise 3 cuts are enough to mess up the whole garage. I have seen some reviewers saying the blade that comes with the saw is not quality, but when applying a little bit pressure the saw was already half way to to the point I couldn't believe it was actually cutting through that thick metal that fast and that easy. Compared to my old abrasive 14" chop saw I have used for years this one is not something I could just lift off the table and take anywhere, the size is probably twice the old one, the weight could be 3 times. I do recommend this saw to those of us who work on metal as hobby, I am not sure how long the motor will last but I already like it. ... show more
