I have the shelterlogic 10x20 and take the top off every fall. Last year it was in pretty rough shape so I decided to get a replacement to put on in the spring. I went ahead and ordered it because I know I would forget and then not have it in the spring when I needed it. Found this listing, looks just like mine, ordered. When it arrived I put it in the container and on the shelf in the garage. Fast forward to May, tried to put this on and it's a foot short in both length and width. It's 9x19, not 10x20. I tried to contact Vevor and they responded that they need to have pics of the original packaging and address label. That all got pitched in the trash 6 months ago! Now I'm stuck with an overpriced tarp.

I have a 10 x 20 carport frame. The replacement cover I purchased was for 10 x 20 frame. However, the actual size where the grommets are is about 1 to 1 1-2 feet too small on the sides and 2 to 2 1/2 feet on the ends. Also, the material rips easier than it should. Would recommend getting a larger size if you have a 10 x 20 frame.

We originally had the tarpaulin we bought from Costco and it was ripped from a strong wind. We still have the body of the tarp and we just need the top (roof). We’re afraid at first if it’s gonna fit and it did! So glad that this product is honest when it comes to the size. Hope it’ll last more than the costco tarp (more than a year).

We ordered this to replace the torn one on our car port. Our car port is a 10×20ft. As you can see this one says it's ten by twenty, However it is 6 inches to short and 4 inches to narrow. The one they sent us does not look like the picture. We did not send it back because of all the work it takes to put them on. My husband just use rope and pulled it but they is space between the frame and the tarp. Plus there was a lot of confusion about when it would be delivered.
