I had an issue with the heat plate and I contacted the manufacturer directly. They were very helpful and gave me solutions to try and fix it. When it didn’t, they offered to replace it, which is more than what Amazon would do as they said they could only refund my purchase. Very happy with this company and their customer service. I honestly feel scammed by VEVOR and their auto heat press. I would give zero stars if I could. My original machine lasted five months before it literally started smoking from the control area, made a horrible squealing noise, and completely shut down. Vevor customer service sent me a “replacement” very quickly. Which impressed me at the time. Except the replacement NEVER WORKED. From day one it would heat up, but the second I pressed start, the entire machine would shut off. Completely unusable right out of the box. Now VEVOR is refusing to help because they claim they already replaced the machine once. Their solution? Either return it through Amazon (which is impossible because the return window expired) or pay a local technician to diagnose it myself. Let me be clear: they did not replace my machine with a working unit. They sent me another broken machine and are saying there is nothing they can do. If you are considering buying a VEVOR auto heat press, DON’T. Buy from a company that actually stands behind their products. I would never trust this brand again. ... show more

The first machine worked for about 2 weeks then it started getting stuck while pressing. I reached out to support. They sent me a new mother board that i had to install. I knew how. It worked for about an hour and then shorted out. I reached out again and they sent me a whole new machine. Worked for about 2weeks again amd then started doing the same thing as the other one. Got this as a Christmas present and it worked great for 6 months then the unit would not go down and press. Reached out to customer support (Vevor) directly and they were amazing and shipped a new working product. Had the new one in 3 days. Machine is simple and easy to use.

very unrelibale. i have gone thru at least 7 trying to get one that will last more than 1 month, great when it works but the close feature stops working more oftern than not. There does not seem to be a work around. I am not sure if its a mechanical issue or an electronice issue. i have be able to unplug them let the sit and it works, however, this seems to be a temp fix. Its light weight and works great. I would suggest a manual close or at least a way to bypass the auto close feature in case of failure. I have purchased MANY vevor products NEVER had an issue so i will not say anything bad about the company, this product just doesnt seem to be one of their best. I have an email in hopefully they will let me trade to a different machine. Love the company but this product is just not good ... show more

would give a zero star but its nice that its automatic. thats the good and the bad, no effort comes along with the dissapointment. I bought this machine over others mostly because of the reviews they are filtered for positivity so maybe I can save someone else the wasted time. DO NOT BUY this machine will get your hopes up and clunk out after approximately 5 TSHIRTS . Heats up fast and works so wonderfully when it does work. I would not trust it. ... show more
