The media could not be loaded. Where do I even start? This product had 1 review when I purchased it. I never buy something with only 1 review, but it had everything I wanted at a great price and the 1 review was great. I trusted that review and I'm so glad I did! My 23lbs Boston Terrier/ English Bulldog had plenty of room to turn around and he really liked being pushed around the airport with his head out of it. There's a leash that kept him attached so I never feared he would jump out when I wasn't looking. The carrier fit great under the seat on a Southwest flight, and you can turn it sideways if you are in the middle seat and unzip the side, see my pic. He loves being able to have that extra room. He chewed a bone and slept the rest of the way. The mat seemed soft and comfortable and the straps made it easy to carry him when needed I wheeled him all the way to the jet bridge and then quickly unvelcroed the bag from the wheels to be able to carry him to my seat, though I probably could have pushed him down the aisle too. The wheels fold up so easily and I just put it in the overhead compartment. This bag is durable and cute. I loved that there were 3 ways to get my pup in or out. We used the top zipper the most. Also, I feared the handle wouldn't come up high enough, but it definitely does, and it's sturdy! Going through security, the first time they didn't put it in a bin so it was fine, the second time they shoved it in a bin and squished the handle forward. It didn't break, but beware that TSA doesn't care and you might be better off unattaching the bag from the wheels before you go through security. I didn't and it was fine, but you never know. If you want to fly your pet, get this bag. You will love it!!

Purchased this for my destination wedding and it was very practical! It opens up nicely, pretty good space, my dog is about 18lb maltipoo (a little overweight for his breed and size) but he fit nicely and was comfortable in the flight. He was able to move around and sleep the entire flight!

My husband and I took separate flights with American Airlines from LAX to Charlotte. I had a smallish cat and husband a 21lb dog. Both sailed through fine and both fine on the flight - no problems whatsoever. Staff were great. No way the dog could “stand up and turn around” but she’s an old dog and doesn’t do much moving around anyway. Cat surprised me by being quite settled (once I got her in the carrier!). It’s a 5 hr flight - plus bus ride to airport and car journey beyond but with one side unit opened on one side on the flight she was fine. It was like her conservatory. Fitted under the seat fine (window seats provide more space). I was in Economy but chose a seat with extra leg room. At LAX I had to go into a little room with a member of staff, take her out of the carrier so it could be scanned. All fine. Dog was also great on the flight - AA staff took a pragmatic view with what was a very well/behaved and sleepy dog. Great value for money. Easy access to carrier - there are a few you need to ensure are all closed up. Pets looked and seemed very comfortable. I used Feliway for the cat (it only lasts 4 hours but settled her in perhaps).

So this was a quality product, extremely easy to put together but was too small for our pup to truly be comfortable! Hes about 24-25lbs and fit pretty snug in the carrier so we ended up getting a bigger one so he’d be more comfortable!

My little 9 lb dog gets tired on long walks, and this carrier makes it so easy to push him along for a rest so I don't have to carry him. The wheels rotate in all directions, so it goes over small bumps and rolled curbs easily. The aluminum frame is light but sturdy, and is collapsable, and both the frame and the wheels are easy to remove when flying and we have crate height restrictions when on board. The only small problem is that the back of the carrier does not easily push forward a little (like my dog's old carrier) for getting it under an airplane seat for take-off and landing. I can "force" it sideways without any damage -- hopefully enough to fit it under the seat in front of me when we fly next month. It would be a perfect carrier if the back of the crate could be slightly pushed inward for sliding the back under airplane seats for take-off and landing. Overall a great carrier, and I would purchase it again.

I was just about turned away at the airport with my 6 pound Chihuahua not having enough room for him it was the first time this has ever happened. The wheels are great. The quality of construction seems to be fine but the interior dimensions something is not right with the sizing there's no way I would put anything more than six or 7 pounds in this.

The media could not be loaded. First time taking my puppy in a plane, this is highly recommended. I love how you can open the top mesh and hook his collar to the short leash attached to this bag. I flew southwest and it fit perfect. Although, I gotta say to you future flyers, you can’t have it extended while being in the plane due to emergency situation but my puppy did okay without it extended. I’d suggest small to small medium dogs for this bag. Since I couldn’t extended it in the plane, I bought him a small fan and he was perfectly fine. The installment to this is very simple, just make sure you slide the bag all the way towards the handle that way it can secure properly.
