I received this on December 11th 2023. Installed it and the motor on it is frozen up and not working. it is now January 29th 2024 and I have been going back and forth with Vevor about refunding or replacing. They are giving me the run around and still have not taken care of my problem or replaced or refunded. Terrible customer service!!!!! i attempted to use it to pull my f150. small truck. i actually purchased 2. costing over 1100 after oprotection plans. during first use the screw strip out and come out and twist the winch breaking the body. the installed tge second one and it once again did the same thing. plus they were boith spooled wrong from the supplier.now being stalled upon waiting for message as my 30 eturn period just expired with n io resaponsae ... show more

Have been using this winch for three months. Built a mount for my Caterpillar, works great. A bit slow, but very versatile. First tested it by hooking to a tree. Cat weighs 16,000 lbs. With Cat brake locked, this winch pulled (skidded) the cat 30 feet! Very reliable!

    • Not happy at all!! I took it all the way to Mexico and it ended up not even working at all.
I took this winch to Mexico and I was going to install it on my truck, I took the rope out and it just started grinding and it couldn’t even bring the rope back. It started smoking since it was grinding. I didn’t even got to set it up. I had it in the box unopened until I got to Mexico. I’m ready mad because it’s expensive and it doesn’t even work. Everything came in and the winch looked like new but it just does not work at all. I should’ve tested it before I took it to Mexico but I didn’t it wasn’t going to work. I would really like my money back or an exchange for one that actually works. I would add pictures and a video but I’m having it shipped back to me. ... show more
