I thought about waiting to write this review but really liked my press, one the instructions were short but they were in English. My product came out of Texas, shipping was fast, it was easy to set up, it is heavy so it doesn't fall over as I saw in another review, it came with a shirt and an iron on, so that I could use it right away, The cord is removable, and is a common cord so that if something happens to it I can replace it easy. Love all the accessories but I have not got to use them all yet. I haven't built in Teflon sheet over the heat press itself, I don't have to worry about burning my material, it came with two extra pads that is heat resistant. I didn't understand why it needed two extra but quickly learned after I started doing stuffed animals. It is great because if my project is thicker I can just remove one of the pads instead of adjusting the height up and down by the knobs. It has great pressure, and moves easily. I've already used it to fix old iron-ons that were coming up, I was worried because they had been through the dryer several times, I thought there was no hope for them, 16 seconds in the heat press and they were good as new. I love this heat press, Will continue to recommend it to family and friends. I paid a lower price than the heat press that was selected as Amazon's choice but I'm sure, this press will soon be on the Amazon's choice list. The size is good for all of my projects. I haven’t figured out the correct settings for pressing but for the most part it was easy to assemble and it’s pretty big. It was worth it! Perfect for my business.

I knew I was getting a Cricut for Christmas, and I was looking into their Easy Press products. I thought their prices were a bit crazy and started researching other methods, as I didn't want to use my household iron. The model I picked has a flat heating pad, a curved heating pad for cups, a curved one for hats, and a small circular one for plates. All are already covered in teflon. I do find programming it a little bit challenging, but I was able to do two infusible ink shirts with ease. Next up is heat transfer vinyl, which I know this heating press will be perfect for. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Update: The company sent a replacement at no charge. It is currently working correctly and hasn't smoked or caught fire. I only gave this 1 star because 0 isn't an option. My 1st problem began when my press screwed itself into 1 position. Once my hubby was able to file down the grooves that had been made from the swiveling I was able to use it again. That happened in April after just 1 month of use. In June while working on a large order I noticed the temp setting kept hoping all over the place. Up down up down. It won't stay on the same setting. I have reset it multiple time and anytime I use it, it does the same thing. About 2 weeks ago I noticed the handle you swivel the press with was loose. There is no way to tighten this as it is screwed into the top where your heating plate it. Now 1 screw has competely come off and the other is so loose I'm can't use that handle, making it very hard to guide it around. The final straw was when it started smoking and buring from the white insulated wires that run from the control box to the heating plate. It was too hot to even touch. Needless to say I can't use it any longer due to possible fire hazard. I bought this product in February of 2019 and it arrived in March. We are now 7 months out and I can no longer use my faulty press and have to get a new one. DO NOT BUY THIS PRESS!!!

Got this as a gift for my son, He's been using it like it's going out of style. Item does what it is designed to do. Anyone who is into things of this nature should get this one. Update for 5/10/20 The unit just doe not turn on at all once the power button was pressed. It's been a little over a year purchased and it was not abused. Did all the troubleshooting as much as the unit would allow you to. Reached out to the Vendors and with a few emails back and fourth about the issue they replaced the whole unit. We were looking to maybe just replace the defective part or just send another unit without all the other items. But the vendor just sent out an entire new unit. Stating a fact that these guys are the very best. I would recommend everyone who is looking for this type of machine for their hobby to get it through this vendor. I'm proof that they did right. Thank you.
