I don't know if you can give zero stars. If so, that is what this piece of junk deserves. As a person who probably averages at least two Amazon purchases a week for the last 15 to 20 years, I can safely say this is my worst purchase. The first time I tried to use this drain snake, it was so tangled in the drum that the automatic feed would not work and I could not pull the snake out manually. There is no way to take the drum apart to get access to the snake to untangle it. So the untangling operation was very slow and tedious taking several hours. After I finally got it out I very carefully wound it back in. However, it almost immediately got so tangled that it now will not go all the way in and cannot be pulled out. This almost $500 tool is really totally worthless. I suspect that Vevor has a one size fits all drum that might work with a smaller or shorter snake. However, it does not work at all with the 100 foot half inch snake. I will avoid Vevor tools in the future.

Was used to unclog the sewer. Got stuck so often that it was very difficult to complete the work. It took so much time. It doesn't worth the money.

This product showed up most screws loose motor was swiveling back and forth then after tightening when switched on it fell apart literally had screws falling out of it and the reverse gear was already broken possibly where screws came falling out of the morphone brand is probably this same one they look the same but I would stay far away from this model or ones that look like it they are far from industrial I also called about was told they were not accepting any incoming calls

A bottom of the barrel drain cleaner. Fair given an equivalent machine by a good company is at least 1500. The cable is the weakest point. Can get through basic clogs with a clog chopper and slowly hand feeding the cable. Auto feeder is a guaranteed tangle the minute it hits any resistance. Biggest issue is the quality of the cable. Replaced mine with a 1/2 General Pipe cable (photo attached). There is a reason the general cable alone costs almost as much as this whole machine.

This product is a piece of garbage. Line continuously kinks. Customer support is worthless. I've had to take apart the machine, which isn't easy, to get kinks out or else it doesn't work at all, FOUR times in four uses.

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF Equipment. Cheap, poor design, does not rewind, the cable twists and it is dangerous. Add to that, the tip broke off in the drain the first (and only) time we used. Falls under the category of "cheap shee-ott made in China"
