For the price, it’s a really really good mattress - you will be pleased. I am using it in a guest room and guests have been very happy with comfort and sleep (could not tell it cost under $300). It’s softer than average, I think. The overall thickness of the mattress is like a hotel mattress so it looks grand/good with a headboard in a room. I thought memory foam mattresses were an amazing invention until I slept on them for 15 years. I’m in my 50’s now and have crushed discs and sciatica. I ordered this mattress in hopes of aligning my spine. It’s risky to buy an innerspring mattress sight unseen, but I’m glad I did. Is it a luxury mattress? No, it’s not but I had an immediate great nights sleep. It’s firm, but not at all uncomfortable. I’m also a big girl with heavy hips, and the firmness is not constricting it’s supportive. Look it’s not memory foam so there is movement when you get up, but not like old regular innerspring mattresses were. I would say the biggest con is that they did not reinforce the edges of the mattress, so if you sit on the edge of the bed it will dip. Overall I like this bed and sleep very well and wake up with much less pain than I did with memory foam. I definitely recommend as a low cost option for a supportive and comfortable bed that provides good spine alignment and helps with back pain. ... show more

Great bed. Came fast and in a box that was easy to set up. I bought it for my daughter and it fits great in the ikea kura loft bed. She says it’s very comfortable and the material looks great. I always put a mattress protector on it.

My new 70 lb mattress arrived in a tall, surprisingly slim box after a lot of confusion about shipping, several days early. It was easy to unbox, awkward to position, and unexpectedly easy to release from its wrapper. Be warned it pops open with great enthusiasm (upside down, of course!). It poufed out most of the way within minutes and fully by the next day. It is comfortable, but much firmer than I was expecting.
