I've had this sofa now for 3 months. It's a great buy for the money. I have it in a sitting area in my bedroom. It was very easy to assemble and is very comfortable. I put it together alone in a fairly decent amount of time. All of the tools are included. It is made of good material and does not look cheap. It fits in well with the esthetic of my room. If you are looking for something that looks like quality but you don't have a huge budget, this is your sofa. I don't sit on it extremely often, but the cushions do keep their shape, and I've even slept on it a couple of times. ... show more

The back is definitely shorter than we’re used to, but that is something that I’ve noticed most modular couches have. This is our very first one so it was a little bit of an adjustment but we love it! It’s fantastic quality. The light brown is so beautiful and is great if you don’t quite want a cream colored couch, but don’t want anything dark. We have an 11 year-old, dogs, and cats so we needed something machine washable. It looks off-center in my photo or too big for the space but that’s only because I hadn’t pushed it into the corner yet. We ended up getting a skinny buffet table to go behind it that came with lights and outlets and the whole set up is just perfect. ... show more

I just got this sofa and put it together last night. I only gave four stars because putting the arm and backrest on was difficult for me. The video online is too short but the owner ‘s book had better instructions for me. The couch is up against the wall so I am leaving it for now. The back rest is short but you forget with the pillows. Five stars: Delivery was fast. Customer service. Look, feel and quality of the sofa. It is huge and comfy. EDITED TO ADD: Company followed up to my return in a prompt manner, offering several remedies. They were very accommodating and thorough. Added one star for customer service. Four stars for ease of assembly. Four stars for appearance, and It’s a pretty color. Overall, comfort-wise, seat cushions are firm but comfy. The back cushions get one star as they are quite thin and I ended up buying a bag of poly fill to add extra oomph… and this comes with three “toss pillows”. I cut them open and used their filling for filling up the arm cushions. It is a good looking couch. But back cushions leave a lot to be desired. Not sure how it will hold up, but I needed something larger for my home, and this will fit the bill until I can afford a nicer couch. I do like that it is modifiable, and I could buy another of this same couch and add to what I have to build a custom design. That’s pretty awesome. But they could certainly up the overall cushion cushiness. ... show more

    • Back cushions are flat as a pancake even after 3 days.
Back cushions are flat and provide no back comfort. Almost like the wrong cushion insert was sent. Everything else is fine but that this is a problem. Very difficult to find out how to get in touch with company to correct this issue

Just use it for a week. Honestly, it's really good. Easy to install. Good for sitting. And I don't have to fix the individual modular sofas together with other ones, so I can freely combine them into the pattern I want. Soft fluffy puffy and dirt-resistant! Perfect sofa for me.
