The media could not be loaded. Assembly was not difficult. I was very happy overall. It delivered with 4 huge packages. It is still early so this review does not concern about wear and tear, but I have no data on that aspect so that should not factor in. The fabric is super soft, it's durable, super comfortable to lay on, it look not that huge on the pictures but it's wide in person. It was perfect for my living room. The ottomans are big and awesome. It came with 3 big pillows for the back and 4 pillows for the sofa. I ordered the beige color and its a really light color, look great in the living room, just need to be careful not to get any stains on it. Took us just 1 hour to assemble. I get many compliments on this couches because of the soft and nice fabric, better than i expected.

Image not on par as the description in picture. Looks to good, but better in household. Its very easy to put together came in 2 big boxes with everything u need, its stylish, comfy, sturdy, relaxing, soft well built and huge for a u shaped 3 seater. The height of the sofa is low which comes w/3inch legs. Bought 4 inch legs and its just right and more relaxing in sitting height. The cushions are easy to clean and firm w/thickness. Departing the sectional sofa is a plus which accommodated for easy moving. This sectional sofa is worth every dollar spent very happy w/ my purchase and loving it everyday. Also the pillows felt a Lil flat just added a Lil bit more filling to the back pillows and side, it feels even more comfortable.

I have had the couch for a few weeks now. The couch was easy to put together which was nice. The quality is OK, the seat part that you sit on is comfortable enough and the material is nice and soft. However the Back Cushions are terrible, which make the couch not very enjoyable to relax on. They sag in the middle due to they way the pillow inside is sewn down the middle and you can feel the metal bar right through the pillow that is the support for it. The cover holding the material inside falls apart if you just touch it with your fingers. I stuck some extra shredded memory foam material I had inside the cover and that helped some.

This couch is inexpensive because it’s a cheap couch. It’s low, which is fine for me because my ceiling is 8’. It’s not a meticulously designed or assembled couch but you ultimately get what you pay for. The memory foam holds heat so it’s warm to sit on. Good, bad, who knows. But it’s something to consider. Extra pillows help the comfort in my opinion. I have cats and a dog so cheap is what I need as the cats have ruined any nice furniture I’ve bought over the years. The cushion covers are removable so I can clean them easily. If you’re looking for something to sit on, here you go. If you’re looking for a nice piece of furniture that you’ll have for years, spend the money and invest in a good quality piece of furniture.

After a few changes this sofa is GREAT! Very sturdy, soft yet firm. The legs that come with it are SHORT ( 3 inches off the ground) the sofa sits LOW to the ground with those legs ( I would not recommend for people with back, knee, or hip problems without getting taller legs) so contacted the company directly and they helped get taller better legs. There is no storage, the seats are nice and deep and the ottoman is nice and big. You can stretch out for comfort. Customer service is FANTASTIC! I went through the email on the instructions. This sofa came in 2 HUGE boxes, it is a 2 or more person job to move it around. The assembly is SIMPLE and honestly only took about 30 minutes to put together and then you have to allow time for the cushions to fluff, personally I waited 3 days. The material is very soft and smooth. When everything was done this is a WONDERFUL sofa and I am very pleased and would recommend it based on price, comfort and especially the customer service.
