The tortilla press arrived with the handle broken off. I contacted Verve Culture via e-mail. Within 10 minutes, I received a response. I forwarded a photo of the broken press and within less than a week, a new tortilla press arrived in one piece, along with a couple of bottles of sauces. Their customer service is phenomenal - they truly care about their customers and the craftsmen/craftswomen from whom they support. I would recommend Verve Culture to others, with no reservations whatsoever.

Bought this for a gift for a friend who cooks often. Thought he would enjoy making homemade tortillas and he loves it! The weight of the press is significant and made me feel like I was buying a quality product. It’s easy to use and the tortillas are delicious!

I don't know what else to say other than it is a profound disappointment when you begin your afternoon expecting to eat a few dozen tortillas for dinner and your brand new tortilla press fractures on the first press. I would strongly advise you purchase a different product than this.

I love this tortilla press. It's sturdy and authentic and makes me feel like I'm in Mexico. The packaging is gorgeous which means I will be gifting this to many friends. Buy it now you won't regret it.
