Was skeptical when I was ordering it, but pleasantly surprised when received. It is sturdy and easy to assemble. It is wide enough to do my work out but not too wide and bulky, so doesn’t take too much space in my garage. Definitely worth the money I paid for.

I got tired of using the pull up bar that attaches to your door. I always felt it was not secure and I can fall off at any time. I decided to give this pull up bar a try. The packaging is heavy but it was well packaged so nothing got damaged in transit. The unit itself is very well made and assembly was quick and easy. Once assembled, I did some pull ups. It held my weight and it felt stable. I am 170lbs and I felt the pull up bar can support more weight. I like this pull up bar and now I am starting a home gym with this unit as one of my staples.

Honestly I already had a door frame pull up bar and this is better in any way that you can imagine. I like also working out with gymnastics rings and the height for this nailed it. I'm 5'10" and the height is great. Haven't tried the weight capacity yet as I don't have a bar at home but seems pretty stable. Assembly was a little annoying but pretty simple.
