I got the Lugz on sale because my other steel toe boots had the toes exposed....lol and they were honestly falling apart. These get a 5 start rating from me for what I paid!! The only ONE thing I wish they had was the leather pull on the the back side of the heel. Other than that....I honestly cannot complain and I totally recommend these... especially if you're watching your wallet and don't want to or can't spend $150 or more at the moment . I absolutely LOVE them, actually I Just bought another pair in a different color because they are THAT amazing. I have been trying to find a lightweight comfortable steel toe and these are like walking on clouds! I waited to do a review until I wore them for over a week! I've worn them in this snow storm we just recently had, and also rain. And they're still amazing. Great quality, they are very classy, love the look. Dude stop window shopping. The boots themselves are comfortable and seem like a good value for the price. However, I bought them specifically for my commercial trade job, and unfortunately, they didn’t hold up very well under that kind of daily use. After only about four months, the sole and overall construction started coming apart pretty badly. I think these would be better suited for light-duty work, occasional use, or casual wear rather than a demanding commercial job. If you’re looking for an inexpensive, comfortable boot for lighter work, they may be worth considering. But for someone working in a trade every day, I’d recommend spending more on a more durable boot. ... show more
