Excellent for playing golf. The battery pack initially felt heavy but became unnoticeable after playing a few holes. The battery pack location did not impede my golf swing. The medium size vest fit comfortably over my base garment and long sleeve polo. (5’ 8” and 155 lbs). The zipper quality needs upgrading. A comfortable warmth was felt in 28-35 degree temperatures for 4 hours on the low setting but 4 hours was required to fully recharge the battery. Placing this under a jacket makes a frigid day feels strangely toasty. It’s a great vest, thicker than most other vests, but still fits nicely under a down jacket. The company is great - my vest came without a battery pack. I wrote to them and they promptly sent me the missing battery pack with a discount for another item for my troubles.
