I recently purchased a Venustus men's heated vest, size medium, for my husband's birthday. It arrived promptly and fit perfectly, very true to size. Unfortunately it did not work properly as it would turn on for a few seconds and then shut off. The battery was fully charged showing 4 bars lit. I held the vest for a while after it was shipped to me waiting for his birthday to give it to him. Unfortunately, it was beyond the date for a return to Amazon. So I directly contacted Venustus to explain my situation. I would just like to say that they worked diligently with me to diagnose the problem. First they sent a new vest but that one did not work either. So then we knew it had to be a faulty battery. They promptly sent me a replacement battery and now it is working just fine. They communicated with me frequently by text to make sure that I had received my items. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else purchasing this amazing vest,, but in case it does, I think you will be very satisfied with their customer service

Product is very well made and exceeded my expectations. I generally use the vest on the medium setting and it is very comfortable; I generally only have to charge the battery every 3-4 days based on my use. The heat around the neck is something I could never have imagined making such a difference but is incredible. Also, the foil liner retains enough body heat to keep you comfortable on slightly cooler days without even using the heat settings.
