Worst heater I've dealt with. Pilot light won't stay lit. Randomly shuts off completely. Don't trust it. Installation was hard. Won't deal with this company again.

The remote-control is very low quality and doesn't work well. After a couple of uses, my remote-control quit working at all and I have to use manual-control. But, the fireplace itself works well.

It generates a lot of heat and can be controlled by thermostat and remote. It turns on and off a lot. Only has a very high output level or off. It looks pretty good but would be better with lower flame. Loud hissing noise as part of the too-high output. I'd rather it generated heat slower and could stay on more before overheating the room.
