This fan is a good size, and works very well. I put the platform in a vice and bent it slightly to direct the air a few degrees down, and it was easy enough. The fan comes on within seconds, and spins faster than I thought and it is completely silent. It warms the room much faster with the fan. The little scent box is a nice addition. I put a drop of dragon's blood and amber in it, and slid it under the fan, and let me tell you... a little goes a long way. Use in moderation. The fan continues to spin for a while after I turn off the heater, distributing the heat as it cools down, which is pretty cool. Excellent overall.

This fan works fabulously w/the Buddi propane heater. Very high speed fan is for all practical purposes silent. Blades are large, so it pushes a lot of warm air. A good buy in my opinion.

The media could not be loaded. A better use. My wife is a walking disaster. Even when she has any electronics she touchs even a tv remote control, it breaks or just stops working. I have a glass top stove and it does have a small warning light that tells u a burner is still hot. But to no surprise, due to a lack of brain cells she burns herself and says she thought it was cold. So with this heat fan, ounce I'm finished cooking. I set the heat fan on the stove and tell her to not go by the stove until the fan isn't moving any longer. This should also apply to children. So if u have a glass top stove, purchase this fan to stop B.S in ur life. I'm not being mean. After dealing with this for 26 yrs. I know what I'm talking about. I'm mostly recommending the stove issue for children. But it also helps in my life. 4 stars because I had to straighten the fan blads. But works great 👍 and does push some great wind. Please don't make negative comments about my post. U don't live in my world. Yes I'm making changes

This fan is so great. Sticks right on top of the stove and as soon as the stove gets hot, it starts the airflow. Before we bought the fan, it seemed like all the heat was trapped behind the stove. Now we can feel the heat from where we sit in the living room. Very easy to install - take out of box and stick on top of the stove.

I needed a stove fan for my second Buddy heater. For my first Buddy heater I built a bracket that worked exceptionally well and thought this model with an included bracket would save me from building another bracket. When I first tested this fan, the "airflow" was basically NON-EXISTENT, as the combination of a bad blade design and short bracket, did not provide any perceivable air movement. The blade design/pitch, combined with the eight blades, did not "bite" into the air to any degree which resulted in NO airflow. The rear of the bracket being too short, letting the HOT air rise to the rear of the fan, prohibited cooler air that is necessary for proper TEG electrical production. If the bracket was longer to the rear of the heater, this HOT air would have been blocked to a greater degree, permitting cooler air to cool the top fins of the fan, thereby producing a greater temperature differential necessary for the TEG module to operate.... OVERALL, poor blade design with a "too short" bracket, made THIS stove fan an immediate return item.... P.S. PIX OF MY HOMEMADE FAN BRACKET INCLUDED....

Was more optimistic of the performance, especially given the 8-blade design, but the fan doesn't move much air and the thermometer doesn't want to work at all. Got a secondary fan that operates well above the performance of this one, but leave it on the outer edge of the fireplace to at least try. The thermometer binds and doesn't accurately read the temps - tends to be stuck at 100-200F when off a heat source in the hand or open air, then flips and reads 600-800 degrees when two other thermometers consistently read the same temps and both match a laser temperature reader. Almost no air movement is felt with the hand directly in front of it. Seems to work best as a dust collector? Has been running for a month and a half with a nearly nonstop fire, hard to tell what longevity will offer, but hasn't performed as well as I had hoped.

This fan works very well with my natural gas burning stove. It should save me money on my electric bill by not using the blower motor on my heating stove which is very noisy at times. This fan is silent which I really love. The fan runs up to an hour after the flame goes out on the stove. Only had it for 4 days but very happy with it so far.
