This is identical to ones sold at many big box stores, but a lot less expensive. It will be a great addition to my RV that stays set up all year. I won't have to make as many trips to the propane station for refills.

My girlfriend bought 2 of these so we would have enough propane on hand for a potential power outage. 1 had a small 1” crease in the side, barely enough to feel, and the other had the top section severely bent. Most places won’t fill a tank that is damaged that bad, which is understandable. The tank is shipped in a thin cardboard box, as if shipping handlers actually care about your items. Well, they don’t. So the tank should be packed accordingly. The return was accepted, but I still had to put it in the truck and take it to the UPS store on my time and my dime. The price is good overall so I placed an order another one. I will find out shortly if this one will make it unscathed. But if you don’t have the means to return a large, heavy, item like this. You may want to spend a little more and get it from a local store and have it delivered. Returning these is a huge pain. As for the tank, it is sturdy and comes pre purged. I was only able to put 24 gallons in it before it was full though. When it is full, it it obviously very heavy, so have a dolly to use if you have to move it any length distance.

Arrived undamaged. Thankfully. These things can get the rough treatment due to the size and weight. Fit perfect in my generator building. Leaks? Not put propane in it yet. That will happen soon and will report any sudden booms if I'm able. LOL
