The media could not be loaded. I was able to install the 24 inch Natural Gas Log set without much trouble. It was a different setup than the existing Natural Gas set that was over 40 years old (and was not functioning properly), but using the included instruction installation proceeded fairly straightforward. Had a couple of hiccups but upon contacting seller was able to resolve the issues. Seller was extremely quick in responding to my email (even on Saturday) and gave satisfactory and useful explanations. Very satisfied with the assistance I received. If in the need of a nice and well-built Natural Gas Fireplace set this one will do fine. We are satisfied with this unit and the accessories that came with it. We also installed a Fire back steel plate at the rear of our fireplace, and though we cannot detect much heat difference from not having one installed we like the visual appeal of having it at the rear of the fireplace.

Worst heater I've dealt with. Pilot light won't stay lit. Randomly shuts off completely. Don't trust it. Installation was hard. Won't deal with this company again.

No complaints after using these for a couple days. I couldn't figure out how to light it, had to hold the button down while lighting. I reached out to the vendor over email and they responded right away. vendor shared a link to an instructional video that was very helpful. I was able to assemble and install myself.

The remote-control is very low quality and doesn't work well. After a couple of uses, my remote-control quit working at all and I have to use manual-control. But, the fireplace itself works well.
