I needed something really solid for my new Purple original mattress. Most "Bed in a Box/Bag" foam mattresses require a firm unyielding surface to sit upon. Box springs and a couple of bed slats won't work because the foam can sag in the center or where there isn't enough support for these heavy materials. In fact, not using a dedicated firm foundation can void the new mattress' warranty. This was very reasonably priced and the reviews were informative. It arrived well packaged with no missing parts, and the only issue I had was one of the tabs was bent out of place. I gently bent it back into position with a pair of pliers (channel-locks in my case, but anything would work fine) and everything went ultra smoothly! Once everything was assembled, I tightened all of the hardware and put the support slats across. Done! I work for a hardware store and have assembled a lot of items (grills, lawn furniture, wheelbarrows, etc) and this was much easier and straightforward. Trust me, you can do it! I'm about 225 lbs, and the mattress is over 100 pounds and this thing is silent and rock solid. I've had it for almost a month, and I toss and turn during the night. No issues and no worries!

It was very easy to assemble alone and is very sturdy! It does not make any noise which is really great. The mattress also doesn’t slip off of it much. The height I purchased is great because it is easy to get under and good for storage.

Love the looks, the ease of assembling and the height for storage and use. We're only on our second night tonight, but the delivery guy made us nervous about the slats not being wide enough and the width between the slats was not agreeable to them either. I found another one here on Amazon that I could have bought for about $70 more, and it fulfills the mattress company rep's concern. In our attic we located some melamine pieces from a previous project that seemed cut to order! Placed those in the spaces and the mattress won't be able to sag between the slats as the delivery guy, and others on the web, say can happen. So, consult with the mattress peeps or take this all into consideration. We purchased on the description here on Amazon that says "No box spring needed." I wanted a lower height and having box springs raised bed too much. If big concerns arise, I'll be update my review. Happy sleep!

The assembly was easy enough to do without the instructions. Only took like 20 minutes to put the whole thing together. I love the height of this bed frame; it's high enough to give a great amount of under-the-bed storage space without being too high up. My bed is the same height as it always was, but now without the annoying, creaky box spring! This bed frame is extremely sturdy, and makes the mattress on top feel stable and firm. No creaking or squeaking, and it doesn't slide around on my hard floor. It fits perfectly against the corner wall while even allowing room to keep something plugged into my outlet; before this bed frame, my box spring was always squished against it and would bend my cord, so I had to have my bed "float" instead of being flush against the wall (so no more gap between bed and wall anymore!!!) I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and it's the best bed frame I've ever had. I will literally NEVER go back to an ordinary bed frame and box spring AGAIN!!

This is a sturdy bed frame. It’s a nice height so you can store things under it and you don’t need a box spring! It was also very easy to put together.

This elevated bed frame far surpassed all my expectations. I was wanting a slightly higher frame in order to store a few more boxes under my bed. What I got was almost Double the space AND it's slight elevation in height has made a tremendous impact on my aging spine! I no longer feel like I'm dropping to the floor when getting into bed or rolling onto the floor and having to strain to stand when getting out of bed. I kinda just fall into it and step out of it like I could some 20 yes ago with my traditional low bed frame. This is extremely well built and holds an impressive 600+ lbs. Simple to put together by myself (20min) although it would have been done quicker with an extra person. I've leaped on it, bounced on it, done the tube snake boogie on it and it's firmly solid. No squeaks, no loose parts nothing. It's sturdy and efficient and I'm beyond impressed with it! It arrived exactly when expected and was packaged supremely. I definitely would recommend both the product and the seller.
