This purchase was a journey, but Velztorm was with me through the entire process going through the exact same frustrations as I was. I ordered this machine at the beginning of March. It arrived just a few short days later with blazing fast shipping times. Unfortunately, the worst happened and on the first delivery the machine arrive frustratingly unable to display. I spent a few hours troubleshooting this myself and not getting anywhere, but after a quick hop and a skip (and on a Saturday no less) Velztorm's customer service team was there with the assist over a Discord call when my phone auto side buttoned them. We spent about an hour on the phone Sunday morning troubleshooting everything that I had already missed, and had to make the call to return the machine to their shop. This did regrettably add about 7 days to the overall time it took for me to actually receive a working machine but Velztorm did their part to make it right and the reason the machine didn't work was no fault of their own. The GPU had been damaged during shipping, (I'm sure UPS didn't mind having one item shipped second day air three times in a row,) which caused the GPU riser to also malfunction. They replaced both items under warranty at no cost to me whatsoever and returned the computer with 2 day shipping. I am now the happy owner of this rig and it's currently crushing any work tasks I put in front of it which is exactly what I needed. If you're considering ordering this machine or any other machine from Velztorm but you're hesitant to purchase because of nightmares you've heard about other pre-built gaming PC companies in the past, go ahead and stop worrying now. Velztorm is a standup company with an awesome build and support staff and a killer community of PC enthusiasts to boot. They're also a small fairly small team and small business as well from what I can tell, and they do quality work that they stand behind. Shout out to Bronx for helping me not feel like a Boomer too.

PC is a 5/5, but a few things I had to fix on arrival knocks it down to a 4.5 IMO but that’s not an option. It came and it had a cable blocking one of the fans and it was clicking when I started the computer up. Easy fix just moved the cable. The fans got unplugged from more than likely shipping plugged those back in to the RGB header circuit in the back of the computer. After those two minor fixes this PC is a beast got the 4080, I9, 64 GB DDR5 ram, and 8TB total storage. I was nervous to buy a prebuilt computer since I’ve always just built my own, but I’m super happy with my purchase. If you have never bought a computer the fixes I had to do was minor and I believe most people could have figured out how to fix them.

I ordered this, then shortly after my credit card was refunded. I called the company (MichaelElectronics2) and they said that the order was cancelled because they could not ship it with the advertised cooler. Kudos to them or amazon for cancelling the order - but the way I received the communication was not ideal. I had to call out and find out what was going on. They advised they could install a different cooler (deep cool cooler) and I could re-place the order through them. I did this and they said they would have it overnight shipped the next day. However, it went out via UPS ground the next day. They apologized and agreed to refund me $70.00 for the overnight shipping, which I settled for. So the only reason for four stars is the business process needs some improvement. However, the build itself is immaculate. I have built several PC's myself and have an eye for clean builds. This came completely cable managed and was not sloppily or hastily put together. It booted right up after I removed the plastic packing foam (I had to remove the GPU to get the foam out of the case) and it ran and is running great. It's a superb system that comes with the minimal amount of software pre-installed. When the system boots up for the first time, you're greeted with the Windows 11 setup process which was nice. There is no bloatware to speak of and this thing is screaming fast. Excellent build quality.

Update: Through no fault of the seller, the RAM that was installed died a few months later. I work in IT, so I know this is just a fact of life. Sometimes sticks will go bad. It happens. There is nothing the seller can do to predict this. But what they did do was work with me every day, even offered over the phone support until we narrowed down the issue. Once we confirmed which stick of RAM was bad, the seller RMA'd it immediately a no cost to me. Outstanding service and customer support! ============= If you have the know-how you can build your own PC yourself by just ordering the parts. So I'm rating this based on the build quality and experience, not the quality of PC itself. I've built PCs myself several times in the past, but just don't have it in me to deal with it this time. This is the only builder I could find on Amazon that had the parts I wanted AND still had an option for Win10. Because of that, I went with Velztorm and I'm glad I did. They worked with me immediately when it turned out one part wasn't available, they had a great substitution ready to go with no price change or hassles. I didn't even answer them until the end of the day and they still managed to get it shipped out that day after I confirmed the part sub. The part they subbed had the RGB connector come loose during shipping and they worked with me to get it plugged in correctly. (I don't blame shipping issues on them. They cannot control what FedEx/UPS/USPS does.) All in all, great experience. Side-note: If the financing on Velzstrom's site was as easy to deal with as Amazon's, I would have ordered directly from their site instead.

Build quality is decent but the PC arrived and the GPU wasn’t working. I spent few hours taking it all apart and rebuilding it. Im familiar with PCs so it wasn’t too bad but for someone who isn’t this would have been a nightmare. Also some screws for the casing were missing. Overall they really need to test these builds before shipping them. Others have reported the exact same issue with the GPU in their reviews. I expected better.
