I had a pretty good system already which included a 9900k, 32 GB RAM and an RTX 3080Ti. But being an avid Flight simulator enthusiast I wanted to bring my CPU/Motherboard up to today's standards. I have not bought a pre-built computer in more than 15 years but have been building and upgrading myself. But I must admit, I am very bad at cable management. When I saw this system on Amazon, it looked really good, great cable management and all the features I was looking for (12900k, 64 GB ram and an RTX 3090). The operating system on my old system was on a HDD drive and never bothered to take the time to transfer it to my SSDs, but in this new system it is on the N.2 SSD so booting is just a matter of seconds. I have 100s of tabs open in the background on google chrome and the 64 GB RAM really helps. The RTX 3090, although not a real boost from my RTX 3080Ti still gives me more VRAM so I guess that's a plus. I can run MSFS 2020 now with almost maxed settings on a 34 inch ultrawide in 4k with a lot of addons and get no fewer than 40 FPS anywhere at any airport. By far the best system I have ever bought. I highly recommend it. The cable management and overall look of the system is pretty good (which is what drew me into buying a pre-built). Other simulators like F1 2021, Asseto Corsa Competizione, Rfactor 2, Automobilista 2 and even Arma 3 are absolutely no match for this machine even in 4k. Only con: Maybe there is something that I missed, but I wanted to add 3 SSDs to bring my total storage to 16 TB, but no matter what I did the SSDs would be recognized but disappear after maybe half an hour. I tried everything in the settings, nothing worked. I had to turn off the computer, unplug them, then reboot, then they would be detected, I would start installing stuff but again after an hour or more they would just disappear again. I spent two days trying to figure it out, but nothing worked. I resorted to try and plug the additional 2 SSDs in chain to the one power cable where the original 2TB HDD. That has been working since and my SSDs no longer disappear. So I don't know if it means the other power connectors on the PSU are dead or if I needed to do something, but not a big deal as long as this works. I was kind of worried because I have never heard of this brand. However after calling there customer service to get some questions about the parts they use. I knew I would be alright. Little did I know this PC would be this good. I priced the parts I received in mine. It would cost about $4500 to build(without paying them to build it or a warranty) I paid $3.9k after tax. Mine came with a 3 fan radiator Corsair h150i, 64 Gigs of Hyper X Fury DDR5 Ram, EVGA Platinum 1000w PSU and a EVGA FTW3 RTX 3090. PC runs very cool, the GPU is a kind of odd with the out of the box fan curve(EVGA fault). Either way my first experience with this company has been fantastic. I stream and create content and this will definitely take everything to another level. If you have the funds, buy it. I was going to buy a corsair branded prebuilt, but this was a better value and specs at the same price. My next one will be from here, but I do not see this machine getting old very fast. It feels like it. Temps are so low, frame rates are SO high. While recording gameplay on Ultra High settings, my frame rate never dipped below 60, no matter what I threw at it. It's whisper quiet, the clock on my wall ticks louder than this thing. I saw someone call it "future-proof" and I agree, it feels that way. The case is big so you have space to get in there and upgrade parts in the future. I was hesitant because I've never heard of this brand (Volztorm) before, but I've definitely heard of all the brands that are inside it. Customer service is absolutely amazing in case you need it, but you probably won't. I didn't but I contacted them anyways with what I consider a stupid question, and they were ready to handle it for me immediately. This computer is now my best friend. ... show more

I bought the i9 + 3090 24GB GPU and it works as expected. The machine is fast and the lights are fun. The onboard HDMI and DisplayPort did not work for me but the video card worked. You couldn't ask for a better gaming PC. You can OC everything and it still runs super cool and quiet. Unfortunately one of the feet on the bottom had broken off during shipping, but the customer support helped me immediately and sent over the part which is easy to install. Even if they didn't do this, I still would have rated 5 stars for how impressed I am with this computer. Package came in the mail and boy was it heavy! Packaging was secure both inside and out, but would suggest fragile stickers on the box. Foam inserts were good and the PC was wrapped nicely to secure the PC from moving within the box. Set it up and turned it on with no issues at all. Everything worked as promised with no hiccups. The initially thought the 2TB hard drive was missing, but made a call to the support line (card included in the box) and simply gave the tech support guy the number on the card and he identified right away who I was and my order. He remotely connected to my PC and found the missing drive it wasnโ€™t configured yet! He made quick work of it and gave me additional settings tips for both my 3090 and intel drivers installing drivers on both for me. I would rate the customer service 5 stars and the product 5 stars.
