The customer service is also amazing. My initial chair was missing pieces and couldn't be assembled fully.I contacted them, they tried to help me resolve the problem immediately. When all options failed, they sent me replacement immediately.

A year ago I bought the gray one so it matched everything. I moved this year and wanted a pop of color. Since everyone fights over this chair when they come i wanted to get another, so I ordered 1 red chair. It didn't look right with one red and one gray. So I moved the gray one to the spare room and got another red on. The red is so pretty. I can't explain how much I love them My family fights over these chairs because of how comfortable they are. Comfy enough for a nap but you will have a sore neck. These chairs are worth every penny I spent on 3 of them. Putting them together, is a bit of a pain. But we'll worth it. They are light weight so easy to move once you have them together.

The chair leans to one side a bit. I tried talking to the seller who asked me to take it apart twice. The first time wasn't a problem but when I put it back together I must have pushed the air canister too hard because I can not get it apart again to send them pictures of the canister. My wife loves the chair, but isn't totally happy about the leaning but apparently there is nothing we can do about that.

Just do not buy - i live on Amazon. Every single thing in my house comes from Amazon. And i’ve always had a wonderful experience. But this seller made this purchase a nightmare. 1) Product was delivered with damaged parts. I realized that very quickly, took the necessary pics and sent it to them assuming they would simply send me a replacement for the part or the product. Easy enough. No. 2) Horrible 5-6 day negotiation starts. They offer everything except organize a pick up for the damaged product. They ask me to dispose of it or donate (a broken product!!!) 3) Finally they issue a full refund acting like they are doing me a favour. 4) The product is such poor quality that the leg which is a simple slide on wouldn’t come off! It wouldn’t even dismantle properly. I had to pay $70 to a junk removal agency to get this removed from my patio because after 12 calls AND Amazon instructing them to get it picked up they simply refused to. DO NOT BUY from people like this. They did not apologize once for my poor experience instead kept making it sound like they were doing me a favour. Buy from someone else - so many good people selling products they are proud of on Amazon.

I want to start off by saying this was our dream chair, My wife loved the style and look of this chair more than any other on amazon. To give credit to the seller, the upholstery is spot on. Its soft, very well padded and I assume would be a very comfortable chair.. if it functioned as a chair. However, that's where my 2 star review comes in. The Back of the chair is attached to the bottom only by three metal bolts. These bolts are very flimsy and as soon as my wife leaned against the back of the chair, they bent backwards and 'caused the chair to topple over and my wife smacked her head on the floor and hurt her back in the process. As my wife puts it, her $50 Criss-Cross TikTok chair is 10x sturdier than this Chair. Thankfully, This seller's customer service was also spot on and after explaining what happened and sending them some photos back and forth of the frame and bolts, they offered us a full refund. We're also willing to assume that we just received a faulty chair and we hope this is not the standard experience. This chair is probably usable for a child or teenager but we Definitely don't think its made for a full grown adult. If You do intend to purchase it, it absolutely needs to be propped up against a corner or wall to get any long term use. It's also worth mentioning the base of the chair was also slopped and uneven, so that when you turned around in it, one side would lean forward and one side would lean back, which was not a great experience. The stool is a solid stool, and is the only part of this purchase my wife was able to use.

It’s my own fault, but I was disappointed regarding the size. I didn’t think it was this small. I also have concerns with the stitching, it doesn’t look like it’s going to hold up. Assembly was easy and I absolutely love the color!
