    • Versatile and easy to assemble and use
This futon is perfect for anyone who's ever owned a mediocre futon before. Every futon I've ever owned tends to be a bit on the hard side, as the cushions are either not very thick or the supporting furniture is a weird structure with slats or bars that can be felt through the cushions. This one solves the issue of the supporting structure. It is solid all the way across, so it is consistent no matter where you sit/lay. It took me about 10 minutes from the time I took it out of the box until it was all set up. The cushions on top do take 24-48 hours to "fluff up" since they are sent in a vacuum sealed bag and are compressed. Once they are fluffed, they provide a decent amount of cushioning. Obviously they aren't as thick as a couch cushion, but they get the job done. The futon is nice, in that it is adjustable in several aspects. Both the left and right sides have independent control over how far back you want the back support to go. It can be straight up and down, all the way flat, or about half way in between. It also has armrests that are adjustable as well. Overall, the futon serves it's purpose and is comfortable enough. I did notice that once the futon is fully assembled it is very sturdy when in place. But if you need to move it by picking it up, it doesn't feel very sturdy. So, I would be sure to assemble it close to wherever it's intended spot will be. If you do need to move it a significant distance, I would recommend separating the 2 halves before moving it and then reassembling at the destination. ... show more

I was initially very skeptical purchasing this item, as it had no prior reviews, but I am very pleasantly surprised by what I received! The futon measures to around 6 feet wide and is in a plush, velvety light cream color. It’s comfortable and can adjust in various positions (photos included). Assembly was relatively easy and took nearly 15 mins to complete. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but it was around the holidays so understandable.
