I like this bike a lot, and I'm going to break down what I love and what I don't. The bike came nearly a week earlier than expected and the package was in excellent condition. Upon opening I was happy to see nearly everything was already assembled correctly - I basically just put on the handlebars, fenders and front rack. After that it was just minor adjustments that every bicycle needs to fit the rider. *This is where I hit a snag. My handlebar had the slightest bend/twist. The right handle was clearly closer to the seat than the left. I contacted the seller and after a little back and forth, they sent me a new set. I installed it and it's now perfect. The customer service I got was greatly appreciated. Now that I have a good number of miles on it, I'm confident in my assessment. Frame/model - Welds look/feel strong, frame itself is beefy (also heavy-everything together at 90lbs) and looks like it can survive a lot of abuse. My model has the front basket, and that has 4 attachments to the main frame rather than the handlebars or forks and feels extremely sturdy. Ergonomics of frame and bike as a whole are really good/comfortable. The fork is really spongy when not locked out, but definitely not the worst I've experienced. Battery - I'm using this bike all summer to commute to work (only about a mile one way) and make grocery runs. Working great for this and I usually get more than a week per charge. Running at pedal assist 3/4 and using the throttle, I'm able to get over 30 miles on a charge. The manual says to avoid a "deep charge" so I've never let it go below 25%. I'm sure if I were to change my habits, I could easily get 50+ miles using PA2 and no throttle. There is a slight power decrease once the battery falls below 45%, it only really affects the torque and I still can reach the top speed easily. Motor - The hub motor has some serious torque. At a full charge, it can really throw you backwards. While not amazing on hills, it's still strong enough to climb up steep inclines. I think it's rated to 20°, but I've climbed a small hill about 40° with no issues. Display - the display is easy to use and read. I've seen how to go into the settings to change the top speed/power to motor but haven't changed them. By manipulating the settings you can change the max speed, but to do this, nothing displayed will be totally accurate (like going 25mph, but it reading 20) Tires - I'm a fan of Kenda, and the included tires are great. Good tread on them, makes them grippy off road and not obscenely loud on asphalt. I'm running around 20lbs PSI and they're rated for up to 30. Derailleur and drivetrain - This is maybe the weakest link with some great components. The derailleur itself is relatively cheap and could benefit from a stronger spring as there's a bit of chain clatter on larger bumps. Gearing ratio is great, chain itself is good quality, and front sprocket has a surprisingly good guard in place to avoid clothing snags and keep the chain in place. Ultimately I'm happy with this purchase. I've gotten quite a few compliments and talked to many people who are on the fence about buying their own. The bike is fun and the service after purchase hae been great. TLDR- 5/5 stars for product and service. Would buy again

After reading a ton of reviews i ended up buying this bike. I bought my wife a different brand bike at the same time and they arrived at the same time. This bike was much easier to assemble and it took me maybe an hour and I am extemely mechanically challenged (so not difficult). I love riding this bike! The pedal assist is great and works exactly like it should. I have ridden other bikes with pedal assist and they can be jerky or too fast and this one is perfect. Moving from one level of assist to the next is as simple as the push of a button and it is smooth as sill. I have had it a couple weeks and ridden about 50 miles total and it has worked perfectly so far. I did replace the seat with a more comfortable gel seat (this one was fine but i am 62 and needed something with a little more cushion). The battery life is incredible, i have mostly used it on level 1 and 2 pedal assist but i can ride 10mi and only use about 10% of the battery. Overall highly recommend.

I wrote a negative feed back about this bike, eventually the issue was resolved. It's only fair that i update my review. I have had this bike for over 2 years with no issues. I have ridden over 1,800 miles and just had my first tune up which cost me $135. I am 83 years old and have appreciated and enjoyed a good reliable E bike.

Great bike! Very heavy duty (and heavy), big tires, great speed. Battery lasts a long time if not up hill and using motor only. One downside I’ve noticed is the charger is somewhat difficult to plug in if not plugged in correctly.
