I called customer service and they helped me locate them immediately. They are tucked into the back Upholstered Frame. Lifted the bottom velcro and there were all 3 missing rails. This bed is so adorable! Sturdy, very easy assembly ( less than 30 min ), and extra roomy since the ends flair out slightly. We used this as a way to add a pop of pink and cuteness to my teen daughter’s rock vibe.

Amazing and rare gem if a company/customer service. Very sturdy well made bed. Be confident about this purchase. Bed came immediately in 2 shipments. Instructions were simple. Took over 3 hrs to build but I should have had a helper. I got a couple part number mixed up. I emailed and received almost immediate response. I sent photos and received a response email diagnosing my issue immediately. I also called on the phone first and received a call first thing next business day. Great looking bed. Had one spot on it that wasn't sewn. The screws that go on the back (headboard) wouldn't fit with the washers. One side was fine without them, the other side wouldn't fit at all. Will have to purchase longer screws.

Love it! This is exactly what I was looking for. The fabric is a nicer material. It was very sturdy and well built. The pieces all for together well. I am using a 12" mattress - recommended for 8-10" mattress. I think it still looks ok.
