This is an extremely soft and fluffy rug. I initially got it for my cats, who love it. I just purchased a larger one to replace by bedside rug. It feels like those faux fur bed throws but possibly softer.

The rug was added to my sons room as a decor to help him feel warm when he steps out of the bed in the morning. The Rug is so soft and does not Slip and it does have a fine texture. It is washable and does not roll in the corners.
