Out of the box it is a nice looking lock and door knob combo. I think keypads always look a bit industrial, but they are convenient. The combo portion feels sturdy, the knob handle seemed a little thin, but as long as you aren’t doing pull ups off the handle, it’ll be fine. My handyman said install was very easy and it is a solid lock. It was very easy to program first the main code, then the fingerprint logins. I’d say the fingerprint login is spotty at best. Working fine, then not working. The keypad works great. The lock mechanism works smooth and as expected. We tried the key, and it worked well too. For the price, I think this is a great lock. Great that you can have multiple login codes/methods. Will see how long the batteries last, but that will be dependent on use per buyer. Would recommend if looking for key code access! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We have had this for about a week and love it so far! It was easy to install, easy to program, and works great. I cannot speak for the battery life, but so far so good. The kids find it easy to use, and it’s more convenient than I could have ever imagined. The fingerprint feature works as advertised and is actually our preferred way of getting in the door. In addition to working like a charm, it looks beautiful. It added to the curb appeal of the house. Overall, I am incredibly impressed with the functionality, appearance, and ease of use of this product. I would highly recommend it to anyone. This lock was also extremely reasonably priced, so that is a very nice feature! My only regret is that we didn’t buy this sooner. It’s been so convenient and truly adds a convenience to daily life. I ordered this lock a month ago and it came in quickly. The lock was installed by my husband and was easy enough. The directions were easy to follow and all the pieces were included and clearly marked. We did use an electric screwdriver but it could have been done without. The lock worked perfectly from the start and looks very high quality. It was also very easy to program. I love the feature that auto locks and the fact that we can program multiple fingerprints to open the door. The fact it lights up comes in very handy as well. Overall, a very efficient and secure keypad door lock with a streamlined design, easy code entry. More importantly reliable and affordable!! After a month, no problems. I guess we will see how it goes with the winter months coming up. I’ll update if necessary. ... show more

Really great door lock, easy to operate, nice looking and heavy duty quality. I love the convenience of having the fingerprint sensor and also being able to use programming codes. The fingerprint sensor works very nice and is also easy to program with the instructions included you can store up to 20 fingerprints and 20 user codes so that everybody can personalize their entry into the house. Also included with the instructions is a quick reference guide that shows you all the steps in sequence on programming the lock and adding fingerprints and user codes. This is a great feature that makes it really easy to program the lock. The lock also features a low battery indicator with flashing lights and beeps to make it easy to know when to change your batteries. Another nice feature of the lock is not having to fumble around with keys when you are going to your car or garage or doing yard work, you can easily just use your finger for easy access in and out of the house without having to constantly be bringing your keys with you to go in and out of the house. Overall, this is a high-quality lock set that is very nice looking and makes entering your house easy and convenient. ... show more
