I bought this for my grandparents and they love it! It was relatively easy to put together. The worst part is taking the plastic off alllllllll the pieces. I would recommend taking all the plastic off first and then putting it together. You’ll need at least two people.

The structure is solid and was well laid out for assembly. All of the pieces and seals fit as indicated. The finish rubber trim on the ends was a waste of time, as it doesn't really serve a purpose and is prone to slip off. The only real problem with this product is the design. I should have realized that the roof panels would always have a leakage problem because they are laid out lengthwise instead of across. The drainage of heavy rain has no way to go except through the seams, and the original sealing material merely slows the process, but cannot hold back the water. It is extremely wet inside this car port in a heavy rain, or even after a delay in a light rain. I have tried multiple layers of roofing cement on the seams above. Even after the hot sun has melted the sealer into every seam, the water still finds a way through. I really don't want to tarp over this very good looking carport, but I may resort to that if I can't find a solution. My next trial will be to install wide roof sealing tapes on all of the joints/seams. Perhaps a coating of roof tar over the entire roof might work, but would also be an unfortunate necessity. My suggestion is to find a carport design that uses the roofing panel ridges slanted down instead of lengthwise. I may even layer a new roof over the top of this one, but that will increase the cost of this immensely. This is a well built, but badly designed product.

Very sturdy.. Installation takes a lot of time but is not hard. Roof very poor design with the small panels which makes it very leaky.
