Nice bands, very reasonable price, they feel very durable. 24 Nov 21: I still consider these bands pretty good. I actually have never used them for pull-up assist so not sure how they would hold up to that, but I have used them for everything else you could imagine and they have held up well.

These bands are clean, offer great resistance through the entire range of motion, and are very versatile! The best part is unlike other bands I've tried, these do not have a strong rubber smell. This is important because other bands might leave your hands with a hard to remove order and you feel like you are using something toxic. These bands are strong and will last a long time. They can be used over and over, any time, anywhere. And if you keep motivated to use them you can achieve your results. I feel you need to be more disciplined to stick with a long workout compared to weights but even after a few days combined with a tiny bit of weight loss you'll feel better, and you'll want to include this in a routine. Get creative, you can do most any exercise with these. All you have to do is try.
