I’m on my weight loss journey and have been in the gym every other day since Jan 1st. I’m going out of town and didn’t want to skip a day. I have to admit, I was skeptical about these and not sure what to expect. I was REALLY surprised with the tension it provides, they REALLY work! I’ve been wanting to incorporate more glute workouts but the cables at the gym are still too heavy. I tried the ankle strap and I’M STOKED! My glutes are burning and I’ve discovered so many other workouts I can do with them! They are very versatile and easy to use! I screwed in a few eyelet screws at different heights on the entryway to my hallway (so I can watch tv at a better angle) and BOOM, home gym, lol! Great buy for the price and my 8 year old is even using them, it’s beach season, lol! These are very durable and well made. After 2 months of weekly use they still look new. The ankle straps work, but if you’re really wanting to get some good glutes exercise in, I would buy a better cuff but that’s just my opinion. The bag it comes with is very handy and easy for travel. Seeing them hanging my hallway encourages me to use them more, when binge watching tv too! Glad I got these!

I work in security, with a lot of downtime. I was losing muscle mass & gaining fat from sitting on my rear 40 hours a week staring at computer monitors. I work alone, and as long as I do my job, the client doesn't care what I do. I bought this to help pass the time, and keep muscle mass on, and for that it's great. Comes in a little bag, hooks to the restroom door easily, and is quite durable. Helps pass the time and keeps me awake on overnight shifts with something to do. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use.

Firstly, I wish to say that this is an excellent product that appears to be well-made and manufactured with high quality materials. For many individuals, the kit includes the necessary components to perform all 19 exercises depicted in the included manual. However, 14 of the exercises (74%) require use if the included door anchor to which one end of the exercise band is is then secured. I do not have an interior door positioned in a location where I can exercise safely, so consequently I cannot perform 74% of the suggested exercises. Although the kit does includes two ankle bands secured with Velcro, one of which could be secured around a stationary object like a post or column, etc. to which the other end of the band could be attached, the manufacturer specifically cautions against using the ankle bands citing that it is dangerous. It is for this reason only that I cannot give this product a 5 star rating. I contacted the manufacturer inquiring whether they could provide a separate strap with two D-rings that could then safely secure the end of the band to the included caribiner and suggested that if not, perhaps they would consider including one in a future product upgrade, which would greatly increase their product's versatility and even allow their product to be used outdoors using any applicable stationary object to secure the band. The manufacturer got back to me very quickly, demonstrated their understanding, but also indicated that they did not have such a strap, but said that they would pass my recommendations on to their product design team and very courteously and thoughtfully thanked me for my input. If I could give this company higher than a five star rating for their professionalism and customer service I would readily do so. As mentioned, for some individuals the lack of a separate strap to secure the band is not a problem, but for me it limited using the product's full range of capabilities. I subsequently purchased a very affordable, double D-ring band as noted that now permits me to perform the full compliment of exercises virtually anywhere I can wrap the strap around that will ensure a secure point to attach the exercise band.

These are exactly as pictured on Amazon's page. So far, I've only used the 20 & 30 Lb. bands. The loop that goes in a door jamb to loop the bands through is working out great - no fraying or coming apart. The bands are very flexible and show no signs of weakening or otherwise wearing out. One thing I discovered. . . when you loop a band through the loop in the door jamb, you can make one side of the band shorter, this adds more weight to that side if you need one side heavier to accommodate a weaker arm or leg.

These resistance bands when attatched to doors act as a cheap alternative to your commercial gym cable machines. They look nice and there are many different weight levels which you can stack to make a heavier band. To replicate gym machines you have to get creative. These are easy to install and have been durable for the time i’ve had them. As for the door anchor included I would recommend buying a larger one so you don’t end up being hit by the bands which is not a pleasent experience. As for traveling with them TSA has not given me problems yet. All in all great cable subsitutions to put in your home gym.

I'm a beginner with rubber work out bands. These are very well made, & should perform for a long time. Un fortunately they were too strong for my torn shoulder rebuild. I would say they're a great value, quality & good investment for someone whose into that type of exercise.
