I read other people’s reviews and was a little concerned when they said some of the holes weren’t in the correct spot and that some of the pieces to the bed frame were broken or chipped . Below was my original review. I changed this review because Lucy from customer service did email me several times trying to correct our issue. She was concerned and did get the job done. It's not her fault that this company does not offer a phone number. It did take 2-3 weeks to get a new headboard but a new headboard was delivered. The beds are actually very nice, made well and sturdy. My only issue is that it took a little long to straighten out the problem and they do not have a phone number, only email so you will not get a response quickly. Lucy did a good job! Original Review: Ordered and received two bed frames. The bolt holes on one of the head boards were not aligned with the post that attaches to the head board. I stacked one on top of the other on the attached photo showing the holes on one unit were too far to the left. The holes cannot be moved because they are attached to a piece of wood behind the fabric and they are the female to the male bolt tightly secured. I immediately went to their website, Amazon website and checked all the paperwork and they do not offer any phone numbers. You have to email them and they say that they will respond within 24 hours. I sent them an email with all the information and 24 hours later they returned my email with a question. I answered the question immediately and have not heard back from them in 2 days. Customer service at this company is non existent and horrible so beware. I ended up drilling new holes into the post that connects to the head board but the holes are far left (not much wood left) and I am afraid that the wood will split one day, but I had no choice. The boxes weigh about 100 pounds and I carried the boxes to our attic 3 levels up and all the parts were taken out of the box so that I could make sure all the parts were sent. I was not going to repack everything and send the unit back. I'm 66 years old and it was a one way up to the attic only. I am sure that one day the wood will split and the bed will be thrown out. I was also going to order another bed frame but they are currently not available on Amazon or the Vecelo website. Not sure if I am going to pay for the one bed either. Be aware that if you have an issue with this purchase Vecelo will leave you hanging and not respond to your emails. Man am I mad!!!! ... show more

It is easy to assemble but it's sturdiness is horrible. We have barely had the frame for 2 months and it has already broken in the middle support. The metal has broken from the frame and scraped our wood floors. It is not suitable for more than holding up one person or 2 small people. I'm not happy because we didn't expect to have to get another bed frame within 2 months. It hasn't been jumped on or plopped on its only been slept on. ... show more

Dealing with customer service is very frustrating. The manual says to contact them about any issues with the bed. A preinstalled bolt on this frame was broken and wouldn’t tighten or loosen. The rest of the bed was easy to put together. Customer service delayed sending my piece because they lost the photos I sent them with my request on Friday. I had to send them again. It does taken24 hours for a response so it will take several days to get a new part sent since you have to wait 24 hours between each email. Something that could be done all at once in a 5 minute phone call. They are in Asia somewhere so they respond during our over night in America. I don’t have confirmation that my part sent and they refuse to answer my estimated time frame question giving me vague “quickly” and “as soon as possible” responses. They refuse to acknowledge my request for tracking information. Since I had all the pieces before assembly I assembled the bed finding out only after it was assembled that a piece didn’t work. So I had my bed assembled in the room but useless and my mattress on the floor with no room to walk. Rather than wait in that condition for a week waiting on a part I tried to look up how I could knock out this defective bolt and use a standard one. I couldn’t do that but did see than many bed frames have a horizontal support bar only and not a vertical one. The broken bolt was to attach the vertical support rod to the support rod running between the headboard legs. Knowing this I decided to tie that piece up where it should have been bolted to keep it from dragging on the floor and finished assembly. I slept on it last night no squeaking or creaking occurred. I’ll probably replace the defective piece the next time I have to move and disassemble the bed. So quality in The construction with more than the standard support allowing me to bypass the broken piece. Ans customer service sucks and takes forever to get a simple transaction done. ... show more

Received item and was missing a leg peg. Made contact with Vecelo and the part was ordered. Unfortunately, the shipping for the leg piece is over a week. I expected a faster option, especially since the assembly is dependent on the missing piece. Will update once my review once I receive the missing piece and put the bedframe together. ... show more
