The media could not be loaded. These are actually much better looking in person and a soft velvet padded headboard. We bought them for both our boys in one room. Problem is the remote works for both beds so they can’t have their own color which is a huge problem for us since this bed was the happy medium for all of us and they could still have their own individuality.
