The media could not be loaded. It came well packed (styrofoam, each part in its own plastic). Screws and washers etc, are in their own sealed individual packets, each with a letter, ABCD etc. The hardware has numbers, in the form of little round labels stuck on them. Instructions are actually quite good. One page has one step. It tells you the amount and the letter for the screws and such, and then it tells you the number for the bed part. I just took my time, and it went very smoothly overall. No missing parts, nothing damaged, and the parts actually fit. Starting threaded screws, just be careful. They can be a little bit tight going in. It comes with a little box end wrench and allen wrench. Put in the screws lightly, just barely snug everything up as you go along. Then I went back and started tightening things down. Certainly concerned about stripping these things, so I gave them a good snug tightening, that can only be judged with years of practice. I figured it'll sit for a few days, and then I'm going to go back and tighten up again. It's a bed frame, it's kind of hard to screw it up. Like I said it seems sturdy enough. When sitting on the ground, you've got a total of nine legs. So in terms of weight distribution, that's a good thing. The leg pad, it's really a hard piece of plastic. Once I get it settled in on location, I'm going to put some pads under each of those to protect the vinyl board from getting scratched. So I just got this June 23rd 2024. Only other thing I can do is use it. It's in a guest bedroom. There's going to be somebody sleeping in there for about 6 months I think. I think if the bolts are all firm and kept tight, should not be getting squeaking and such. But we'll see... ... show more

I purchased this bed on June10,24 Jun 18,24. Both boxes were miss the same piece #5 pole for the foot of the bed. Had to repack both boxes. Item is very heavy. UPS HAS PICKED UP THE FIRST BOX, AND WIL PICK THE 2nd box 6/24/24. DO NO PURCHASE THIS ITEM EVER. PRODUCT OF VELCOCE.

I am using Queen size black color metallic bedframe from 2 weeks. The frame comes with good compact size packaging. Packing material or metallic parts doesn't smells. It comes with all screws, tools and a manual required to assemble. Assembling was easy with manual and took 1-1.5 hours. It comes with a tape that is useful to suppress any noise that may cause at bars. It is decent and sturdy. I felt that there shall be two more support bars at the foot because if you sit at the foot the mattress will sag down. The frame works good so far. UPDATED REVIEW: Initially the bed frame worked great and seemed perfect but only couple of uses after the frame lost its sturdiness. It keeps moving on and off. Sadly will have to return the product I recently upgraded to this Queen Bed Frame from our old box spring base in our guest bedroom, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The heavy-duty steel slat support provides excellent stability, and the 14-inch platform height is just right. Assembly was a breeze, and I love the added touch of the stylish headboard.
