Bought for my 3.5 year old’s first real bed. Assembly took about 3 hours by myself (out of shape female), except some steps required a second person’s help for a few minutes. The headboard is super soft and modern looking!! Just as expected it’s so beautiful! The mattress we put in is 9.5 inches and you can see in the pics there is a gap between mattress and bottom of headboard . So I would attach it one hole lower than stated in the instructions if u don’t want that gap (I will eventually move it). Cons: It does feel very lightweight, almost flimsy, without the mattress so not sure if that will be a problem in the future. And for some reason you can see the slats with a standard twin mattress on top (aesthetically not nice). Otherwise love it for a child so far. ... show more

Love the final product, the drawer lock is amazing!! But dang, it took forever to put together by myself. Also, the headboard is adjustable but if you put it up high, you can see the holes for the lower position. I put it on the lowest position & have a 10 inch mattress. The headboard still sticks up plenty for my liking. ... show more
