First I'd like to say that the customer service is impeccable 👌. I emailed customer service because I thought I didn't have all the screws but they were all pre placed in the components they needed to be used with. They responded within a day and addressed all my concerns and questions. Even did a follow up. Easy diagram directions. Alley key was all that was needed. The bedframe is gorgeous 😍. My daughter absolutely loves her new bed. It went together well and overall wasn't very complicated to put together. Got confused on one part when putting the frame together but figured it out after a few minutes. Good directions just took my husband a bit over a hour to put together. The bed is beautiful. Especially compared to the very old guest bed that was in there. Modern but not over the top. Slept in it two nights very good. Matress feels even better without a box spring

About 1 hour for assembly, original box is heavy and may need 2 people to move around. Drawers have a bolt that holds them onto the bed frame with a notch in the metal.
