Took 2 hours to assemble by myself. Half the time was spent screwing everything by hand with the L wrench. I’d recommend getting the drill bit attachment to save time. The directions were easy to follow. The material is soft and shiny. Everything was wrapped nice and safe. I used my box spring and quite enjoy the height. The only bummer was the drawers. The metal frame was a bit warped which made it difficult to attach the wheels. There’s no track or guide for the drawers so they’re just kinda loose. It’s easy to have one go off the side by mistake. After tons of research, I purchased this VECELO Queen Size Upholstered Platform Bed Frame in the color beige and it arrived on time (within 2 days of purchase), undamaged, no odor, looks exactly as described in photos. I was surprised and a bit concerned with how light the box was. OVERALL: I would say that this bed frame is the perfect fit for our child’s bedroom but definitely perfect for a guest bedroom! We wanted an affordable, easy, functional and beautiful queen bed frame and this met all of our requirements. We are satisfied with our purchase. SPECIFICATIONS: This bed comes with an adjustable headboard to fit mattress heights from 4”-12” (per instructions), velvet rivets headboard, 4 matching velvet (wire) storage drawers underneath, wooden slats support, *No Box Spring Needed*. EASE OF ASSEMBLY: Instructions stated 2 people needed for assembly. HOWEVER, I was able to put this together BY MYSELF IN 40 MINS with only the tools they provided. My kit came with 4 extra plastic pieces for the drawers. Instructions were straightforward with photo directions as well. It was the EASIEST bed frame I’ve ever put together! QUALITY: Purchased in the color beige which is beautiful and matches our space and aesthetic perfectly. The velvet material looks more plush in the photos than it does in person. The storage drawers have wheels that you just snap on and feel a little cheap to be honest but they are perfect for what we intend to use them for! It is soft velvety and building of it was not complicated. My 15 yr old pretty much did most of the setting it up. Colors are just like the pictures. Tip: clip those black things into the wooded slats BEFORE you set them into the frame. Also the bottom drawers are pretty spacious we are using them as shoe storage. ... show more
