We did have to return it, but that was my fault, not the bed's. My husband and I have a wooden foundation my father made us. No head or foot board. So my plan was was to get a bed frame with a head and foot board and slide it down over top the wooden foundation. Let the foundation do the work of weight distribution ect and let the very affordable bed frame just be a pretty head and foot board. And it would have worked too, if not for those meddling measurements. I over-measured the old foundation that the wooden one replaces. I thought it would work and it did not. However, we didn't discover this until my husband had already assembled the head and foot board. He said it was very easy to put together and it felt very sturdy. The pieces aren't so heavy that they're ungainly and the small bits, screws, ect are packaged separately. So you don't just get a bag of tiny parts you're expected to figure out on your own. The instructions were easy to follow. Had I gotten a king (which isn't available) it would have worked exactly how I intended. I'm very disappointed that it didn't. The return process was great though. It was $5, which for a 53lb package is amazing. Amazon sent me the usual qr image, my husband printed it out at work and dropped it off at the UPS store. Amazon sent me the message saying the package arrived the next day and my refund would be issued within 7. Did the bed work out for us? No, but we didn't get lost in limbo wondering where our refund was. It really was a nice looking bed frame.

This bed is beautiful I purchased it for my spare room. It came packaged very well and I went through and checked that all the hardware was intact. I am a female and put this together by myself though I had to go back and loosen some things to get everything in the right place. Overall I am happy with the purchase and it would probably have been a breeze to assemble if I had an extra set of hands to help me a bit.

First of all, I don't write many reviews, only when I'm impressed with a product. I bought the queen size version of this bed. It's well packaged, with zip ties and the hardware (i.e., bolts, washers) are well packaged and labeled (just like an idea product), and the installation instructions are excellent. You know you're not missing any items (although I did a complete inventory of the packaged items before I started). I took my time to assemble by myself. Took about 2 hours, just take your time. I made a couple of minor mistakes while assembling, but easy to correct. They provide a small allen wrench, which I mistakenly used an allen wrench drill bit instead, which sped up the assembling, but probably a mistake since I striped a couple of bolt heads (after nearly completing the assembling) by screwing the bolts a bit too much. Finished product looks great. Even my wife was very impressed.

I ordered this bed frame over a year ago. I was nervous about the quality with it being such a low price, but it turned out to be a gorgeous bed frame! It looks exactly like the pictures, if not better, in person. We’ve had to take it apart and put it back together three times since getting it, due to moving homes. It’s remained just as sturdy as when we got it! When we received it, it was missing the decorative finials that you would put on the bed posts. I procrastinated for over a year before finally sending customer support an email, requesting to buy a set of the knobs. After confirming my purchase of the bed frame, they went ahead and sent me free replacements! Customer support responded to my emails within 24 hours, and the representatives were very helpful. I fully expected to pay for the parts since I hadn’t reached out upon receiving the frame last year, so it was a pleasant surprise when they sent them free of charge. The bed can be a bit tedious to put together, from what my boyfriend has said. He enjoys building furniture, so it hasn’t been an issue for him. I’d recommend having someone help you hold the parts up if you struggle with putting together furniture, though. It can be done solo, however. If you are looking for an affordable, elegant bed frame, I recommend purchasing this one :)

I hate building furniture so I was little nervous putting this together although the reviews said it was easy. Thankfully, the reviews didn’t lie! No pieces were missing and the instructions were very easy to follow. I like how the tools were included and the screws and bolts were conveniently packaged together with everything clearly labeled. Some of the stickers on the bed frame pieces fell off/were missing but it was easy to figure out what everything was. My only complaint is that the legs in the middle of the frame didn't feel tightly attached to the rest of the frame if that makes sense. The screws and bolts were tightly screwed in but I could still wiggle the part around and it didn’t perfectly touch the floor. I don’t see this being an issue though because the rest of the frame fit together fine.
