The frame basically snaps together. Super easy. My 16 year old son put it together in like 10 minutes. It is a nice and sturdy, beautiful bed frame and headboard.

Loved it it arrived very fast very easy to assemble very sturdy. It can hold a lot of weight. Took me about 45 minutes to put together with the finished result was wonderful I urge you to use a box spring gives it added supports specially for adults children you don't need a box spring.
