Very Nice! Certain Parts Of The Bed Was Confusing Lol! Easy To Put Together As Long As You’re Following The Directions. My Sister Bought These Like Five Days For Her Babies Ages , 11, 10, 8 & 6. I Gave It 4 Stars Cause They’re Not Very Sturdy, They Rock Back & Forth, But They Are Good We Love Them For The Price They Are. Color Great. The quality of the bunk bed is mediocre but my main complaint is the fact that UPS failed to deliver it three times in a row. First attempt driver didn’t even wait 30 seconds for someone to answer the door to receive the package so they rescheduled delivery for the following day. The second driver knocked on the door and my spouse answered the door and he said he will be right back to deliver the package and then he didn’t and just up and left. I reported this situation to Amazon customer service and I told them that if it’s a weight problem that I’ll be more than willing to take my truck and dolly and pick up the package myself. They then escalated the situation and transferred me to UPS and UPS insisted to give them one more try instead of doing the job myself and I said fine. Thursday/3rd attempt I called to check on the status, Amazon customer service said they will return the item to the merchant and I couldn’t stress enough that I said that I need that bunk bed before the weekend so I can have it ready for my kids but they didn’t care about the situation. I escalated the situation further and was told to wait till the end of the day for delivery. Driver arrives asking help for my wife to help him lift it. Unbelievable. Guys when I got home I carried the box myself to the bedroom. It’s about 80ish lbs. I for the life of me cannot understand how 3 different men could not accomplish this from the get go and instead having my wife to assist in the end while I was off at work. The assembly of the bunk bed was very easy and quick to put together. For affordability this item is decent. For shipping however be very cautions if you live in apartments and having it shipped to your unit that is located on the second or third floor. Those drivers will go at any length to escape from the delivery. The height of the bunk bed is slightly above 5 feet, perfect for a standard bedroom 12x12x8 just be careful with any ceiling fans it would be dangerous to have it on while the bed is being occupied. The stability is ok, I’d recommend using the wall clamps it comes with but not on hollow section of the drywall, instead check for studs and put each clamp on its own stud for maximum stability. The material is of generic iron, the cheapest most common, if your over tightening or applying too much force during the assembly process it could end up snapping and/or stripping and it’s would rendered unusable so be careful. My children claim it’s comfortable, I tried it myself and it’s pretty decent. Overall would I recommend this as a budget friendly option to last you for 1-5 years till you find a better quality option? Sure. Would I advise you to be cautious about the shipping since it’s most likely going through UPS ground meaning they’re going to find any excuse not to lift an item over 50 lbs just to drop it off at your front doorstep? Yes. Hope this review helps ... show more
