The value here is extremely high. The table itself looks great, especially top-down. The glass has smooth, curved edges. I even love the plate mats. The chairs serve their purpose, barely. More in-depth thoughts: Difficult assembly: there were fairly minor manufacturing defects that made some screws difficult to put in. The chair seats were by far the most difficult to screw down and each seat took me 15-20 mins to attach. Weak soldering points: the chairs especially are guilty of this. See my pic. At 210 pounds I honestly worry I'm going to sit down on one of these and it's just going to break into pieces. The points where metal connects is sometimes more empty space than soldered joints. If you're heavyset, I would not take a risk on these chairs. All in all, I'm very happy with this set. Again, at this price point, the value is high. That said, I sort of wish one of two things instead: 1) I could buy the table by itself at a marked down price, and spend a little more in the long run buying chairs separately. 2) they just increased the cost of this set by a few dollars and made the chairs a little higher quality. ... show more

Table feels sturdy. I like the finish and color of the table top. Chairs could do with extra cushions but are comfortable enough. We usually dine 3 at a time, with 1 occasional guest. The size serves us fine. Delivery was on schedule and assembling was an easy 30 min task.

It was easy to assemble and didn’t even take more than hour. It also looks cute in my apartment and is sturdy and good enough for 4 people. Overall it was a good purchase!

    • The Chairs Weren't Fit

I put the table together with no problem. Upon trying to assemble the chairs, it was a dud. I never got one of them assembled and I had help. The table is nice and compact, one piece and just attach the legs and the metal piece. The frame, back, and seat were Wayyyyy out of alignment. The pre-drilled holes only fit 2 parts and the back piece would not meet the other side of the chair even if you tried to force it. The part were totally manufactured out of sync. This is a perfect 4 chairs and small dining table if you have narrow corners in your kitchen or living room. Very easy and quick to assemble. Although they look small and cute, both chairs and table are pretty sturdy. Worth it for the price I paid

Great for our small 1950's kitchen. Finish looks like wood - I had to come back here to check the specs (it is actually MDF). Important: Read the instructions before assembling. There are several pieces that look visually similar to others, and are different. Some pieces also only work in certain orientations. If pieces don't line up (like mine didn't), you probably missed either an orientation or swapped two similar-looking pieces... ... show more
