Works very well. I added a 2" memory foam car seat cushion the exact size of the seat which makes it comfortable for long periods of time. The leg lifts work great. The chair has a sturdy feel and goes over carpet well. Before I had an 18" transport wheelchair (push just with my feet) which I was able to get around corners between rooms in the house. I thought that since this product is another 18" wheelchair I could do the same, but the outer wheels used to move the chair add width, and I could not navigate in and out of the bathroom and bedrooms. Tips forward on some situations…especially when the foot/leg rests are attached.. Now that I’m aware, I avoid leaning forward too far to pick things up.

While the chair seems comfortable, I was unable to use it. The wheels seem to be too hard and slick to gain any traction on tile and carpet. Trying to move through house is impossible. Beware: Company has no return policy.

I've had this Wheelchair for less than 5 months and the frame cracked. This wheelchair is used only in the house. I've never had a wheelchair's Frame cracked like this. It is under warranty but it's taking too long to get a replacement.. They expedited a replacement but it's taking too long. Amazon needs to hold these sellers accountable. ... show more

My husband is pleased with the wheelchair but both the wheelchair and leg rests came with damaged packaging. In fact the wheelchair packaging was opened on one end. There was a non missing on one side. The wheelchair is ready to use.
