The media could not be loaded. This item is good for the price, but if I had to make the decision again I would choose a different lock box. This lock box is very light weight and doesn't like to stay open. When putting stuff in the lock box you must use 2 hands because the lid does not open far enough too stay open. It also came with a dent in the bottom of the lock box even though there was no damage to the shipping box. ... show more

    • Lock Sticks and is Easy to Break

The lock continuously sticks and I have had to return one for this issue. The second one had the same issue and I had to break the lock on this one too. Lock is pretty easy to break with your bare hands fortunately. Not good news when you are trying to keep things safe. Not sure why the lock keeps breaking. I have set it correctly. I set the lock then I unlock it with the code. Works the fist time then sticks and does not unlock again. I hope I can return it again. ... show more

This product was a giant disappointment. Once opened and then closed, the dial stays on your combination instead of scrambling so if you forget to move the numbers, anyone can open it. It is also apparently very easy to break into as the person I was locking stuff up from broke into it no problem. Not sure what they did, but the latch slides open now without a combination. The latch is permanently stuck in the reset position. Worthless product. Do not purchase if you have something you need safe. ... show more

I bought 3 of these for my kids to keep their wallets and some other items in to keep nosy siblings out. The locks in all three don't work right with the codes we set. One never worked at all and the lock can't be closed, the other two worked once then stopped working and won't open. Thank goodness we hadn't put anything in any of the boxes. Same thing, followed directions and set code. Worked for 5 minutes and now it won't recognize my daughter's code. Won't open using 000 either. Cheaply made box. One of the number wheels seems to be off track. Should've known better.

I had been using a cosmetic case for 10 years, until the zipper wouldn't work anymore. I'm on many meds for my medical issues, including some that can be abused. I have to take all of my meds to my pain doctor's office once a month for those meds to get counted and tracked. I feel SO much safer transporting my meds in this lock box!
