I really love this safe. It’s sturdy and easy to set up. I bought the RS800i Plus, but I think I would have been better off getting the standard RS800i and buying accessories as needed because I’m not using most of the items that come with the plus version. The only other thing I am currently dealing with is when connected to WiFi, I am getting non stop tamper warnings even when I know for a fact that the room it’s in is empty and no one is around. Overall, I am very pleased with this safe.

Update: After having this for over a year, I would definitely not recommend. It is inconsistent and occasionally becomes completely unresponsive and cannot be opened without a key. I've even had it get into situations where it does not even lock when closing the door! Not a safe or reliable purchase for storing firearms. ---- After having this safe installed for less than 2 months (plugged in for continual power), I go to open it with my fingerprint, which was accepted but the door mechanism to open the bolts never engaged. So I try entering my passcode, which again the screen showed was correct and accepted, but the door would not open. I had to get the key to manually open the safe and remove the battery to reset it before it would actually open the door automatically again when using my fingerprint or code. When I reached out to vaultek support about this, they explained this was expected and that you just have to occasionally do a soft reset by removing the battery from the safe. How often, I don't know. Had this been an emergency situation, I doubt I'd have time to run to another room, get the spare key, run back, and open the safe. Overall it looks good and is great when it functions, but I can't trust it to reliably open any and every time I want it to.

Most people are having issues connecting to their WiFi because Vaultek is not compatible with the latest WiFi security standards. It only supports WPA2-Personal, so you must make this change on your router and make your whole network less secure.

So you cant use the shelves and mount anything on the door despite what their pictures show. There isn't enough clearance between the shelf and whatever you mount to the door for the door to shut. Accessories are gimmicky and mostly magnetic, making them not able to bearing weight. Getting the Plus series just gave me more accessories that I cant fit. Oh, also the magazine holders wont hold AK mags and the barrel holders wont support them either. Cant side mount any of the magazine holder to make use of your room, you have to be vertical. Just disappointed all around.
