This is a great product for a reasonable price. I bought these to replace the floor lamp next to my desk to save space. I didn't want to hardwire the lights because I move my furniture around whenever I get bored and the lights may not fit where I want them to with the layout. I plan to mount my monitor between the two lights. I love the adjustable lights and the different hues. Also like the fact that I can turn them on and off separately. I took away one star because the instructions were difficult to understand. But the lights were easy to mount even without the instructions. It took a minute to figure out how to program the remote to work the lights separately, but I got it to work. Here's how I did it: Turn the left light on but make sure the right one is off. Within 5 seconds of turning on the light, hold the on/off button for the left light until the light goes on and off. Let go of the button for a second. Hit the left on/off button again. Repeat the same steps for the right light and you should be able to turn the left light on separately. To turn them both on or off at the same time, just push the ON or OFF button. ... show more

I LOVE THESE! I hard wired one and plugged the other in because I didn’t have an electric box. Hid the cord which is pretty transparent, and they perfectly suit my purpose. Adjustable and quality metal and finish. I’m getting another set I can hard wire in.

Love them! So easy to install. We didn’t want to run new wires in our old farmhouse.
