I am not satisfied with these chairs. While they look decent aesthetically, they are not as sturdy as expected and feel somewhat flimsy in regular use. The biggest issue, however, was with the order itself and the customer service experience. I purchased a set of 6 chairs but only received a package containing 2 chairs. After contacting Amazon customer service multiple times, they were unable to resolve the issue (which had never happened to me with any other order over many years) and directed me to contact the manufacturer directly. After several attempts to reach the manufacturer, they said they were unable to help and told me to contact Amazon instead. At that point, I was left with no reasonable solution, either keep only 2 chairs despite paying for 6, or deal with a return process that no one seemed willing to assist with properly. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and I would not purchase from this seller again. ... show more

The chairs are solid. I have concerns about the PU (Polyurethane) Leather and how to maintain it. The adjustable feet could be better. They mechanically bind and take a bit of patience to adjust. They have a semi soft plastic cap that meets the floor and shouldn't scratch the floor.
